Pros:

Am avut o experiență foarte plăcută la acest hotel. Locația este excelentă – hotelul este situat deasupra unui mall, iar accesul la metrou se face direct din clădire, ceea ce face deplasarea prin oraș foarte ușoară.
Hotelul este foarte curat, personalul este amabil și prietenos, iar micul dejun este variat, cu preparate atât din bucătăria europeană, cât și asiatică. Din păcate, nu am avut timp să folosesc piscina, dar în rest totul a fost foarte bine.

Cons:

Singurul mic inconvenient a fost legat de emiterea facturii fiscale. Deoarece rezervarea a fost făcută prin Booking, inițial hotelul nu a dorit să îmi emită factura fiscală, ceea ce a creat o situație neplăcută. În final problema s-a rezolvat, însă cred că acest proces ar putea fi gestionat mai clar pentru clienții care rezervă prin Booking.

الفندق وموقعه ممتاز جدا لوجود مول متوسط المستوى يتصل بالفندق فيه سوبر ماركت وفيه مخبز ومطاعم وفيه صيدليه وفيه كافهات ومن ظمنهم ستار بكس .اظافه الى محلات تجارية من ملابس وغيره .

wir waren schon öfters in diesem Hotel und werden es bei der nächste Bangkok Reise wider buchen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.
direkter Zugang zur Sky Train.
und sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Cons:

wir hatten 3 Zimmer in der zwanzigsten Etage.
die ganze Etage und die Zimmer haben stark nach rauch ( Gras ) gerochen.
das Zimmer in der 23 Etage war einwandfrei.

Pros:

One of the hotels with great bed that me and my entire family had a wonderful sleep. Location is superb, right beside Terminal 21 mall with a connecting door at the lobby. Facilities are good too.

Cons:

Only down side is that the selection of the breakie wasn't a lot and food quality was mediocre. If you are staying many nights, suggest to only have 1 or 2 days breakie there while explore outside for better variety.

整體來說相當方便的地點。
Pros:

地點方便性沒話說，有直接連通Terminal 21的手扶梯，而且Terminal 21用餐真的相當方便，非常適合帶家庭前來。

Cons:

第一天有發生免治馬桶故障，不過維修員前來後很快排除。另外帶父母長輩同行，老人不約而同說浸泡完浴缸後，浴缸外地板磁磚實在太滑，一點點止滑墊沒有效果覺得很危險，好險我有攜帶拖鞋讓長輩在浴室穿著，浴室磁磚止滑方面可能要多加強。房間玻璃窗對著公用設施區，所以也無法全日開啟窗簾，否則隱私被看光，有點可惜。

Will not stay here again

Location and House keeping staff

Cons:

Booked two rooms. 1118 & 1119. AC and Toilet of 1119 was not functioning from day one to last day. Last day, inspite of having two rooms, all of us had to use 1118 toilet. Due to toilet and AC issue of 1119, the room was smelling bad all throughout. Front desk was informed but room wasn’t changed.
