everything was great. i wish you had that wonderful little restaurant that was there before covid pandemic. i hope it returns. otherwise great

L'emplacement, très proche du centre ville et des musées.

Cons:

Très proche de la voie ferrée avec des trains qui klaxonnent longuement à chaque passage. Le parking n'est pas inclus dans l'hôtel, c'est un parking public payant à 14$ les 24 h, situé à une cinquantaine de mètres de l'hôtel.

The bathroom was remodeled and very nice, there was real coffee in the room.

Cons:

Towels were very old and fraying like rags. The noise of the trolley was intolerable at times.

Good value in the heart of San Jose. Nice people.
Pros:

Good value! Has a nice independent family feel to it. The staff were pleasant. The breakfast was simple but good. Was within walking distance of everything I wanted to see. Two really good restaurants just a short walk away.

Cons:

It is a pretty basic hotel, not a lot of frills, but at this price point can’t complain. Bed was a bit hard for my aging back. Road outside had a couple homeless/ drug people type people after dark, but I think that is most of San Jose, so not really their fault.
