Lovely hotel
Pros:

Location is excellent (hotel is located right in the city center and everything is easily reachable from there), hotel is very clean, and the bed is comfortable. Most of all the staff is very friendly and helpful! There is someone present 24/7 and they're happy to help out with questions. Both Igor and Wen also helped me carry my suitcase up and down the stairs!

Pros:

Excelente localização e limpo. Bom custo benefício, tendo em vista que Almaty é uma cidade cara

Cons:

O ar condicionado do quarto não parava de pingar, o que atrapalhou muito nossa qualidade de sono. Falamos com o recepcionista e se limitaram a colocar uma toalha embaixo. Além disso, o hotel fica no 3o andar de um prédio e é difícil de localizar.

Highly recommended!!
Pros:

Nice staff, good location, comfortable bed, good hot shower, excellent wifi. Lots of electric sockets in the room. Very convenient & environmental friendly to get drinking water from the water dispenser.

Cons:

The air-conditioner in room no. 5 was a bit noisy.

Отличный небольшой отель в хорошем районе
Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля, тихий двор, вокруг много магазинов и ресторанов. Сам отель очень чистый, приятный. Номер небольшой, но в целом довольно комфортно. Матрас удобный, кровать просторная.
Очень приятные сотрудники, доброжелательные. Есть чай, кофе, микроволновка, вода в кулере.
В номере есть все необходимое.
