Clean and cozy hotel, but keep in mind there’s no elevator if you have heavy luggage.
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and clean. Special thanks to the receptionist Igor, who helped me carry my heavy luggage up to the third floor.

Cons:

The room is on the 3rd floor, and there’s no elevator in the hotel. Carrying heavy luggage up is inconvenient. Igor helped me with my bags at check-in, but at check-out a different staff member (a girl) was at the reception, so I had to carry my luggage down by myself. I’d recommend the hotel mention the lack of an elevator on the booking site so guests can prepare in advance.

Mir haben die zentrale Lage, das Zimmer, die Sauberkeit und vor allem das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personen besonders gut gefallen. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Cons:

Ein kleiner Hinweis zur Verbesserung. Das Hotel befindet sich im 3. Stock und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Für Reisende mit schwerem Gepäck kann das eine Herausforderung sein. Gut zu wissen wäre allerdings schon vor der Buchung gewesen. Außerdem gibt es von der Straße aus keine Hinweisschilder. Ich bin sogar einmal daran vorbeigelaufen und musste mehrmals nach dem Weg fragen, bevor ich das Hotel gefunden habe.

Pros:

Be aware that the accommodation is on the third floor and there is no elevator, so you'll need to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Our room was a Deluxe room facing the main street. It was pleasant and spacious, but there was an issue with the window which meant it didn't block out enough road noise. As the room was fairly large, the air conditioning unit also seemed a little underpowered. The shower room was a good size, with excellent hot water and strong water pressure. Wi-Fi was reliable throughout the property.

Overall, the property offers good Wi-Fi, comfortable accommodation, and strong shower facilities

Excellent value and fantastic location
Pros:

A great choice at this price point. The location was fabulous and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Staff were polite and helpful. Close to the bus to Shymbulak and walking distance to a lot of the sites.

Cons:

There was a bit of road noise, though it wasn’t bad enough to worry me terribly. It was worth it for the great location and value.

次行く時も泊まりたいホテル
Pros:

スタッフがとても優しく感じ良い。部屋も清潔。熱いお湯出る。シャワーの水圧良い。近くに24時間スーパーある。立地が良い。
私にとって行動しやすい立地でした。

Cons:

特に無いが入り口が少しわかりずらいかな？入り口は表通りではなく建物の裏側から入る感じです。
