Отличный небольшой отель в хорошем районе
Pros:

Отличное расположение отеля, тихий двор, вокруг много магазинов и ресторанов. Сам отель очень чистый, приятный. Номер небольшой, но в целом довольно комфортно. Матрас удобный, кровать просторная.
Очень приятные сотрудники, доброжелательные. Есть чай, кофе, микроволновка, вода в кулере.
В номере есть все необходимое.

Most enjoyable stay
Pros:

The staff is amazing! All were very helpful and kind. The location is excellent, right in the center on town with 24hr supermarket and coffee shops 2min walking distance. Room was small but cozy and bedding very comfortable. Overall was quiet and we got good sleep and rest. Generally very clean. Very useful amenities: water cooler, access to fridge and microwave with kitchen utensils is very thoughtful. Although it is located on the third floor without a lift, the staff is very helpful with luggage.

Cons:

The air-condition unit in the room was making a sudden and loud noise every time the compressor turned on and off. It was quite disturbing during sleep.
Some areas of the bathroom could use regular mildew removal treatments.

Cons:

the only two downsides were 1. the bathroom smells and 2. The air con was too hot even we adjusted to 17C which was still too hot to put the blanket on for us. Obviously the air con didn't work well.

Molto gentile e disponibile lo staff. Siamo arrivati in piena notte e ci hanno accolto organizzandoci un transfer dopo esserci accordati via messaggio. La stanza pulita, letto molto comodo e posizione ottima.

Comfortable stay with a few practical drawbacks
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the beds were very comfortable. We arrived before check-in time and they kindly stored our luggage for us, although early check-in itself required an extra charge.

The hotel is not directly next to Arbat, but the walk via Panfilov Street was actually pleasant, especially in the evening.

Cons:

The biggest issue was the entrance, which was quite difficult to find on the first day. Even our taxi driver had trouble locating it, as the entrance is through a backyard behind the main street.

The hotel is on the second floors, and access with luggage is not very convenient because you need to use stairs and there is no elevator. The second-floor entrance area is somewhat nicer, but overall the access could be improved.

The room also did not have a refrigerator, which would have been useful.

Pros:

Good staff, good location and very clean. Unfortunately, there was an awful smell coming from the bathroom drains. It appears to be an ongoing issue, as there was a permanent air freshener plugged into the wall, presumably to mask the smell. It really detracted from what otherwise would have been a good stay.

ロケーション抜群のこじんまりしたホテル
Pros:

朝食はつけませんでした。周囲はレストランもスーパーもあって、ごはんには困りません。受付のスタッフは英語が素晴らしいし、室内の清掃も毎日完璧にこなしてくれました。セキュリティも素晴らしいです。

Cons:

ホテルの受付は3階にあり、1階入り口が建物の裏手にあります。これは決して良くなかった点ではありません。慣れてない方が多いと思うので、注意したほうがいいと思います。

Zentrale Lage neben Verkehrsknotenpunkt, alles sauber, gemütliches Bett, AC funktioniert, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Lärm von Straße und öffentlicher Zugang zur Monorail 3 Meter neben dem einzigen Fenster. Dusche und WC quasi übereinander
