Much further from town. Beach club wasn’t open. No massages on Sunday.

Logistics could be improved. Due to its remote location, the property is difficult to reach without a car or taxi. If you’re dropped off at the main road, there is no pickup service, meaning you would have to walk an hour to reach the hotel—something that is not advisable, especially under strong sun. For our departure, we had to pay for a private transfer just to get back to the main road, which was only a 10-minute drive. Given the price, it would be reasonable to expect a shuttle or organized transport service provided by the property.

Moreover, the food is quite basic and not particularly memorable.

Le personnel manquait d’hospitalité et d’explications sur le lieu : visite et détails du lieu et des services proposés.
Le personnel parle très peu anglais, la communication était difficile.
Le beach bar n’est pas abouti comparé au standing de l’hôtel.
L’offre culinaire n’est pas à la hauteur des attentes de la clientèle.

Las ventanas no tiene cristal, el baño esta al aire libre y no tiene forma de cerrarse por lo que en la noche se meten murciélagos a la habitación, al mismo tiempo es facil que te vean en el baño desde el exterior de la habitación.

1. First, the hotel is impossible to find. From the main road, you are presented with a fork and it isn’t clear which one to go down. Down that small road, it is not even clear once you arrive at the hotel.

2. My wife and I did not feel safe in the property. The shower backs on to an exposed and open wall, which sits next to a path. It would be very easy for someone to jump through in the middle of the night and into the room, or during the day to steal belongings

3. It is a solar powered hotel which means there is limited lighting around the room and the premises generally. You will walk to dinner in pitch black through unlit sandy paths. Also, this means the shower is cold in the morning.

4. The half board dinner menu is a set menu with one meat/fish option and another vegetarian. We were only told on the last night after asking that we could order (any pay additionally for) eating from the lunch menu.

5. The room’s pool was dirty on arrival. It was only after messaging on Day 3 that someone came and cleaned it.

6. Amenities such as shower gel and towels were not replaced.

7. The ‘spa’ consists of one room and on our arrival on Saturday we were originally told there was no massage appointments available until Thursday. On compliant, this was rectified.
