El un lugar extraordinario, pero pienso que si bien el sitio cumple con todo para desconectar, descansar, su staff es una gran diferencia, Amairani, Belem, Ilse, José, Gonzalo, Maricruz, Manuel, Hilario, Edson, la gente en cocina!! y seguro olvido nombres, una disculpa por ello, ellos hacen una diferencia muy importante porque hacen que todo fluya. Se come riquísimo, sencillo, pero muy buena comida. De verdad, muy bien todo
Estuvo todo muy bien
Un hotel maravilloso. La arquitectura, las instalaciones, el beach club, el restaurante, el entorno, el personal, la habitación. Superó nuestras expectativas. El acceso al hotel es complicado, y está inmerso en la naturaleza, por lo que la presencia de animales e insectos no es una sorpresa.
El trato de todo el personal es inmejorable, atentos desde antes de antes de la llegada y durante el tiempo que estuvimos alojados.
Ojalá continúe siendo un entorno tan cuidado y poco explotado, para mí fue lo mejor de la experiencia.
Nada! Quizá la presencia de animales o insectos pueda ser un problema para algunas personas, o el que no haya aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. Para nosotros ninguna de las dos cuestiones fue un problema, y de hecho contribuyen a la experiencia total.

The architecture and remote location make this a spectacular place to unwind. Although remote, there are several properties with restaurants (including an omakase restaurant), so we didn’t feel like there weren’t some dining opinions during our 3 night stay.
Puerto Escondido is very hot and very humid year round. The hotel is designed for passive cooling (fans, open spaces to catch breezes, and for me it was a bit uncomfortable. My wife loved it. And there are multiple ways to cool off, including a plunge pool with each suite. Also early mornings and overnight are fine - so morning beach walks after a good night’s sleep recommended.

Entiendo el tema de no tener aire acondicionado pero creo que es necesario y el ventilador que tienen de piso es demasiado ruidoso, no deja dormir. Podrían invertir en uno mejor.
También la cafetera y el café no son buenos. El café debe estar en un recipiente oscuro para mantener la calidad.
The place is truly a paradise. I'm not sure why people complain about the sand and insects: you are immersed in nature, and that is the beauty of it!
The restaurant's food offerings could be improved; however, the food itself is good, and since there aren't many other options around, that should be taken into account.

Set in the heart of nature, this stunning brutalist retreat offers a serene escape, with multiple pools surrounded by lush greenery that create a true sense of privacy and relaxation. The rooms are beautifully designed and exceptionally comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully curated—right down to the shower, which feels like an experience in itself. If you’re looking to completely disconnect and unwind, this is the perfect place.
Logistics could be improved. Due to its remote location, the property is difficult to reach without a car or taxi. If you’re dropped off at the main road, there is no pickup service, meaning you would have to walk an hour to reach the hotel—something that is not advisable, especially under strong sun. For our departure, we had to pay for a private transfer just to get back to the main road, which was only a 10-minute drive. Given the price, it would be reasonable to expect a shuttle or organized transport service provided by the property.
Moreover, the food is quite basic and not particularly memorable.
Lieu paradisiaque, très paisible et personnel gentil, de bonne humeur et attentionné. Qualité des chambres et propreté très bien. L'architecture des chambres et le design est très bien pensé et apaisant. La plage est magnifique. La nourriture du déjeuner était très bonne.
Présence d'insectes importantes, ce qui est attendu à cause de la jungle. Il serait apprécié de fournir du chasse-moustique dans les chambres ou un filet contre les moustiques au dessus du lit. Il serait apprécié de nettoyer le hamman, car il y avait beaucoup d'araignées dans celui-ci.
