01.09.2026-30.10.2026 the municipality of Saanen will be carrying out roadworks in the area behind our hotel. The work will take place on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Our hotel and all of its facilities – including your room, the restaurant, the Private Spa and the fitness room – will remain fully available throughout your stay. However, some occasional construction noise may be noticeable during working hours.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
Swimming pool: Closed from Sun, Sep 13, 2026 until Sun, Jun 6, 2027

A lively hotel is a beautiful location
Pros:

A beautiful family run hotel in a stunning riverside location just outside the town.

Lovely rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast and impressive restaurant.

Over the road is a bike shop where you can hire discounted e-bikes the best way to see the area.

Cons:

The pillows were a bit soft, but they changed them for firmer ones - that was about it!

Cons:

Hôtel pour les familles (jeux pour enfants), donc si vous venez en couple ou solo il faut le savoir.
La piscine était assez occupées en fin d après midi (enfants), mais durant la journée il n y avait personne

Un petit coin de paradis à la montagne.
Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique avec un style à la fois rustique et moderne. Il y a toutes les infrastructures pour passer un super séjour: spa, piscine, vélos à disposition, aires de jeux pour les enfants…
Le personnel est top.

It is always a pleasure to spend a few days in this charming hotel and beautiful area.
Pros:

The location is very convenient. The rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast was good and the restaurant is very nice too for dinner.

Cons:

We had a room with a slanted ceiling over the bed which was not very convenient for my husband who is very tall. Unfortunately, at the time, there was no possibility to change the room, only the next day which was not worth changing, as we only stayed two nights.
