Location was good for children
Decor could of been fresher
Rooms are near to expected, a little tired
Shower was poor, shaving light didn't work
Close to where I needed to be the following day.
We were a group of golfers that intended eating at the location. When we arrived we were told the restaurant had closed due to staff training.
The large bar/ dining area had just 3 people drinking at the bar and lacked atmosphere.
We had to go out to find some food which after a 2 hour drive then a game of golf was the last thing I needed.

It’s a lovely place
Excellent sized comfortable and clean room,pleasant staff,very good breakfast.
Just a small complaint,ordered medium rare steaks for dinner, waited over an hour for our food and they were well done. Didn’t complain as we were so hungry we just wanted to eat.
Rooms are OK for the money, but some fittings and lights could do with repair

We had a lovely stay here. The staff were very accommodating and made us feel really welcome from the moment we arrived. The place was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our one-night stay.
Good value for money, comfortable beds, large family room. Great breakfast and very friendly staff.
I’ve stayed here so many times we just keep coming back n the services by the staff n cleaners are well amazing with my anxiety n disabilities they all went above n behond so thankyou the disabled room in room 1 is everything we need n that’s the room i will always book so thankyou n we see yous a soon

The room had a fag ash smell like someone had been smoking in there i didn't like to say anything while i was there cause the staff were lovely but just thought I'd let you know but otherwise everything was perfect thank you x
The size of the hotel rooms were unexpectedly big and the Queen size bed was very comfortable.
Lots of problems in the rooms from water not running away due to a stuck plug in the bath/shower and water not staying in the sink due a leaky plug. There were some issues with the lighting in the room as well.
