Fantastic location, quieter than I expected. Staff was polite and easy to reach via the app or phone. The instructions provided via app were accurate and pretty complete, plus they have more information in the back of your door including emergency procedures and specific fees. Under the bed was a container with a hairdryer and extra towels, which I did end up using since I ran through the (plentiful) towels provided in the bathroom. They offer a free tote bag for the beach (return it though) which was super convenient!
The only snafu I had was an issue with a missing shower mat and not getting room service the second time (first time I was indisposed which is excused). These are nitpicks, though.
Excellent location close to the beach,grocery store and variety of restaurants. The room is very clean with great facilities that I need as a tourist. Friendly staff.
No breakfast. Bed was comfortable.
Arrived about 9pm, to empty office with no contacts or directions. Luckily, other visiters took us under their wing, and helped us to find room key. Room was very small and had no window! Felt like we were in a box.

Location right off the main road. Proximity to three mini markets to purchase snacks, drinks and stuff you may have forgotten to pack. The gentleman with the colorful braids was very friendly and kept the rooms spotless.
We booked the smallest room which was sandwiched in the center of the building on the ground floor and has no windows. The room was mostly quiet unless guests walk past the room or are having loud conversations in the hallway.
No breakfast. Waited for 2 hours before someone can check us in (8:30AM to 10:30).
No front desk. Need to talk to someone over the phone using staff's phone. Need to pay additional $50 for 1:00PM check in even though room is already available.
I loved it all. The convenience of the location is perfect. You are in the center of it all without paying to be in the center of it all!
Nothing! It was perfect.
Perfect location and well-suited for travelers. Is completely self-check in, so you don't need to talk to anybody to get it. It's clean, and the rooms are comfortable.
