Damage towels, limited amenities. But staff we real helpful, prime location. Staff 5star. Good clubs

They haven’t return my 5000 taka that they took for deposit they said it’s gonna be in your account but haven’t received anything yet it’s been almost 2 years now I did call from abroad since to be not helpful I was going to ask them in person whenever I visit the hotel but I forgot so next time I come to desh i will go to hotel and ask about my 5000 taka why didn’t they return to my account Ive booked though hotel.com November 2024

Pros:

Excellent breakfast. It had all the items as required by people of different tastes.
The staff at the Restaurant were cordial.
The rooftop restaurant has an excellent view but was a little pricey.
