Highly recommend for families, business or single travelers.
Pros:

Clean, nice facility. Large room, nice gym and bar, patio area. Great location. Safe area. Great staff.

Cons:

Only issue was due to underground parking and drop off area to enter hotel via elevators, uber drivers had hard time finding our location. Van service to airport knew where to pick us up. We figured out best to go outside of hotel and have them pick us up at Starbucks or other business near by.

Boa experiência com excelente localização.
Pros:

Nossa experiência foi positiva. O hotel possui excelente localização, boas instalações e quartos amplos e muito confortáveis. A academia também atendeu bem as nossas necessidades.

Cons:

Faço apenas uma ressalva em relação à comunicação. O hotel está localizado em um prédio que abriga outros empreendimentos, que compartilham a mesma garagem. Ao chegarmos, não havia nenhum funcionário do hotel no estacionamento (que fica em outro piso) para orientar os hóspedes. Foi necessário subir até o lobby para obter informações quanto ao estacionamento e decida das malas, e a orientação recebida foi equivocada, dando a entender que as vagas da garagem não poderiam ser utilizadas.

Situação semelhante ocorreu no momento da partida. Não recebemos instruções claras sobre como utilizar o ticket validado pelo hotel para a saída da garagem, o que gerou nova confusão.

Cons:

Elegí el lugar específicamente por el horario del desayuno que tienen publicado en su página oficial que debía ser a las 6am, lo elegi porque viajamos a un conpromiso deportivo de mi hijo y era indispensable que contara con un desayuno completo pero cuando llegamos nos indicaron que iniciaba a las 7am y ya a esa hora era tarde para nuestro compromiso.
Tuvimos que buscar en la ruta un lugar para desayunar, nos ofrecieron un desayuno to go pero era un emparedado frío y feo con un jugo caliente.
De haber conocido este detalle me hubiera hospedado en otro lugar.
También es una decepción que del hotel a pesar de estar informados no nos comunicaron ninguna solución satisfactoria.

Our room was not properly cleaned. For example, the glasses were not replaced and one day we had to ask the room to be made up as we had no clean towels. The coffee was not supplied.
