Great for the value of the price
Pros:

The location and cleanliness

Cons:

The staff member of the night the one in the lobby was more concerned about the videos on his phone than having customer service, he was not also wearing proper uniform he didn’t had is jacket on from the reception seems more like he was there chilling than working, the girls from the morning were amazing even the one who is training they value the customer and concerns!

Pros:

La receptividad de todo el personal son muy amables y atento con los huéspedes. Además la limpieza y lo bien acomodado que tienen el hotel es un plus para los huéspedes

Cons:

Debería haber un cuarto de recreación para los niños de 1 a 5 años. Que no estén en el lobby

Memorable moments with my family probably won’t return to this hotel.
Pros:

The location was very good. The pool and jacuzzi was nice.

Cons:

Had to call to get the Safe fixed. The bunkbeds weren’t totally made. When I inquired, they said you have to request it.!!!? never in my life of I stayed somewhere I had to make the bed. The fitted sheet was on it, but the rest of it was up to the tenant.. we requested to park the car an extra day and the lady at the desk was too busy to check and Simply said they were full! . When we came back to move the car from Disneyland, we talked to a very nice man who allowed us to pay for parking. We’ve stayed here before and I loved it however this trip I felt like I bothered the employees at the desk.. I’m not sure what’s happened, but things have changed..
The maintenance guy who came up to the room was great.
