Personal amable y la habitacion limpia, ordenada y abrigada, con lo necesario para pasar las frias noches de Cusco. EL desayuno muy variado y rico.

4回の部屋ですが、外窓のない部屋がありました。
Os quartos são amplos, a localização é boa. O elevador ajuda pq na altitude qualquer subida de escada faz diferença.
O chuveiro não esquentava muito, e tinha pouca pressão de água, em Cusco faz muito frio e isso foi um ponto negativo. A limpeza do quarto era boa, mas do hotel em si não. Recepção bem suja, estofados sujos, cheguei e tinha uma garrafa de agua e de coca cola aberta no chão em um canto, passei 5 dias e permaneceram lá. O funcionário da noite era bem simpático, os demais nem tanto. Achei a decoração bem pesada, com muitos quadros religiosos espalhadas por todo hotel.
Funcionários queridos. Chuveiro bom e boa temperatura. O quarto tem aquecedor, televisão e o Wi-Fi é ótimo! Tem elevador. O café da manhã é bem completo.
A janela abre pro corredor do hotel, então não tem como abrir. O que deixa o quarto com um pouco de cheiro de armário.

Todos los días salí muy temprano y no me dieron desayuno, vi que a otras personas si les dieron.
立地もよくきれいだった。また、スタッフの方々がみんな親切だった。タクシーの手配や事前のやりとりも英語でスムーズに対応してくれた。
前の通りが細い道のため、タクシーなどは少しずれた場所にとまるか、１分しか目の前にとまれない等で気を使う必要があった。

Large comfortable and heated room with large beds and bathroom. Excellent breakfast with so many different fruits and omelettes made to order. 24 hour reception. Good central location. Several good local restaurants and bars.
Remarkably narrow street to walk to the town centre which traffic drives down pinning pedestrians to the wall!
