ゆっくりできた
Pros:

エントランスは、たくさんの方々か出入りするので、色んな匂いがしたのですが、室内は香水のような匂いもなく、リラックスできました。

Cons:

冷凍庫がしっかりある冷蔵庫が欲しかった。

Pros:

Amazing staff. Great facilities and perfect location to visit Chiyoda. Only drawback was the very thin mattress. Probably not a problem for everyone but for us from Norway used to big double mattresses it was a little problematic to sleep. Everything else was amazing would recommend everyone that travels to Chiyoda for a few nights

Cons:

上層階だったが、廊下に空調がついてないと感じるほど夜でも暑かった。部屋は問題ないので、エレベーターから部屋までの共用部の空調を改善したほうがよい。

Pros:

立地が良かったです。
東京ドームでライブだったのですが、東京駅や東京ドーム周辺はホテルの値段が高かったですが、こちらは神田駅も近く、東京ドームや東京駅にも近くで安かったのでありがたかったです。

Cons:

トイレが少し臭いのが気になりました。

這次的房間小了點，床下方還塞了小椅子和小冰箱，整個高度離地板又更高了，也令我們上下床變得沒那麼方便。

This is my third time staying in this hotel, no complains.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is very convenient because you have access to the Yamanote Line and the Ginza Line. Hotel Staff are a mix of Japanese and people from other countries, so communication is very welcoming, with everybody being able to speak a little bit of English. Hotel Staff always greet you when you come back, and walk you to the door before you leave. A very nice gesture.

Cons:

I won't say that it's a big deal but for families in the big room, the space to put clothes can be quite lacking, with a need to hang up your stuff most of the time.
