The quality of the breakfast was poor, very little choice
I had already completed the full payment prior to my team’s arrival. However, upon check-in, your reception staff requested payment again, stating that the Booking.com system did not reflect that the booking had been paid.
The situation was handled in an unprofessional manner. The staff did not listen to my team or review the payment confirmation shown on their phone. While I understand that cultural differences may exist, as an international hotel chain with properties worldwide, a higher standard of professionalism is expected.
Additionally, Booking.com was unable to contact the hotel until the final day of my team’s stay. Only then was I able to speak directly with your staff to confirm the payment, after which the matter was resolved and the amount was returned to my team via Alipay.
I believe this situation should have been handled more efficiently and professionally.
Furthermore, I would like to raise a concern regarding the room arrangement for three guests. The room was provided with two beds, each approximately 90–130 cm in width, which may not be suitable for accommodating three adults comfortably. Kindly review and clarify your bedding arrangements for such bookings.

Breakfast variety is very limited
Location
We booked two rooms. Rooms were clean but old. Carpets and curtains are worn out. One bathroom door handle can't close properly. Water leaked out of the shower cubicle each time, wetting the whole bath mat. Requested non-smoking floor, but could definitely smell smoking at night when sleeping. One of our rooms, the air-conditioning, didn't work, so the room got very hot. Staff told us to open windows instead, but it was very noisy with traffic. During our stay, we also had a group of high students in a room right above one of our rooms partying or playing games. After two hours of loud thrumping, we phoned reception at midnight, but noise continued till 2am. Had an early flight to catch, so this was really annoying.
