Sehr idyllisch, warme Becken dürfen jederzeit benutzt werden

Cons:

Leider keine Klimaanlage (am Abend war es dann kühl genug zum Schlafen)

Pros:

Es un refugio de paz y tranquilidad, ideal para estadías en pareja o familiares ! La administración es excelente y familiar , así como el personal de servicio. Ambiente limpio y agradable .
En todo momento están atentos para que los clientes tengan una estadía cómoda y agradable.
Disfrutamos mucho de las aguas termales. Nos encantan y nuestro bungaló tenía piscina privada de agua termal caliente .

Cons:

Les thermes ne sont pas réservés uniquement aux résidents des chalets. Ils sont accessibles aux personnes extérieures et comme c'était les vacances scolaires il y avait beaucoup de monde.

Good value for more rustic feeling hot springs resort
Pros:

This resort is a great value for the money if you are looking for access to wonderful hot springs, though it definitely has a rustic feel to it, almost like glamping. The grounds were pretty and the bungalow was very clean. Hot springs were well kept and easily accessible any time. Our private hot pool was a lovely plus, and was cleaned daily. The restaurant served high quality food and was a highlight. Staff were friendly and considerate. Bed and pillows were very comfortable!

Cons:

There is no AC in the cabins, though there is a large ceiling fan. As a result, it is necessary to keep the windows open all the time, even at night significantly limiting privacy and security, and bungalows are close together with little privacy between. Our private hot pool was great but a cover over the rear porch area to leave towels and to sit comfortably in the rain would add significantly to the experience, along with more privacy around the pool area. More areas to hang wet bathing suits and towels are needed, especially with being in the hot springs so often.
Little changes here and there could make this a really high quality stay.

Pros:

Schöne Anlage , sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Bungalow mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Zwar keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur Ventilator, aber Klimaanlage war auch nicht notwendig. Man kann hervorragenden Käse aus der hoteleigenen Molkerei günstig erwerben.

Cons:

Espressomaschine auf dem Zimmer, aber Kapseln dazu soll man im Restaurant kaufen, das sollte eigentlich im Preis drin sein.

Great spot in the middle between two volcanoes and cabins neatly sitting in a lush garden with a multitude of well-kept hot spring pools! The food in the restaurant is also very good, huge servings and affordable. And the family running the place is very friendly and helpful — all to a moderate price!

Hot Springs Gem
Pros:

The bungalows are very private. There are multiple hot spring pools on the site with a view of the Miravalles volcano, it's absolutely gorgeous and relaxing! The restaurant on site is cheap and really good, and the staff is really kind!

Cons:

There's no AC in the bungalows, but you can open the windows (there are screens for the bugs) and there's a fan in the room

Pros:

Beautiful location and an exceptionally welcoming owner - Carlos. You have a choice of 7 thermal pools on your doorstep, and one or two resident sloths if you take a 200 m walk. Good choice for breakfast, and dinner.
