Great location, cute hotel
Pros:

Voice controlled curtains, Tv and lights. Convenient location, easy to get around, lots of food on the next street.

Cons:

Was a bit small and not easy to find cos we got mixed up with a different hotel from the same chain.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful in answering all questions
Pros:

The location is close to shopping and eateries. We were attending the Canton Fair and there was a free bus shuttle to and from the venue. Complimentary delicious fruit tray delivered to our room every day.

Room was 30% smaller than advertised
Pros:

Location was awesome.

Cons:

I checked the room size before booking. However when we arrived my room size was 30% smaller than advertised. I was sharing a room with a friend and we didn’t have space to move. We didn’t have space to store luggage. We didn’t have a wardrobe to hang clothing. We didn’t even have space to open the suitcases. I complained to hotel who said the manager is not available. The manager never met me. But I got the staff to get a tape measure and measure the room. They lied saying the measurements were correct. I then had to measure myself with them present and show them and write it all down and calculate in front of them to have them admit not only was their calculation wrong the room was in fact correct 30% smaller than advertised. I am in process of getting a full refund due to the inconvenience for the 5 day stay in a tiny room.

Wonderful stay in Guangzhou
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, very convenient and easy to access, which made our time in Guangzhou much more comfortable.
What made our experience truly special was the hotel team. They really put a lot of effort into making our stay pleasant, and we could feel that everything was done with care and love. The service was thoughtful, warm, and attentive throughout our visit.
The breakfast was also delicious, with many different options to choose from, which we really appreciated.
A special thank you to Susu, Zz, and Ww for their kindness and attention. They helped make our stay even more enjoyable.
We would be happy to come back again and highly recommend this hotel.

Excelente hotel. Repetiria 100%
Pros:

La mejor manera de terminar nuestra estadia en China. El hotel desde afuera o al llegar no parece lo que es. Al ser bien centrico, la recepcion es mas estrecha de lo normal, pero ahi termina todo lo no tan comodo. La habitacion estaba perfecta, super amplia, comoda, muy bien equipada, comoda, etc. La zona de desayuno es muy amplia y comoda. El desayuno esta bastante bien. El personal es muy muy servicial y atento. La ubicacion es inmejorable, con todo cerca, todo; ideal para alojarse cerca de todo lo mas interesante de Canton, o lo mas moderno y vistoso. Para lo demas, la estacion de metro de las lineas mas utiles para recorrer, esta a 300 metros. Genial.

Cons:

Al ser una habitacion exterior que daba a 2 grandes avenidas de la ciudad y en donde en este momento hay una gran obra del metro de la ciudad, era un tanto ruidosa, sobre todo para dormir. Te proveen tapones de oidos si es necesario, pero puede ser incomodo para ciertas personas. Para nosotros estuvo bien y pudimos dormir y descansar.

Pros:

조식의 종류는 다양하지 않았지만 그래도 깔끔하고 맛있는 음식들 위주였습니다.
직원들이 전부 친절하고 가까운곳에 지하철도 있어 교통은 편리한 편입니다.
캔톤페어를 위한 셔틀버스가 있었습니다.

Sencillo pero ideal
Pros:

Limpio, habitación pequeña pero la cama muy cómoda y el baño muy limpio y cómodo. Buen desayuno con opción occidental. Snacks a la tarde muy bueno, y si bien en la recepción no hablan inglés, se esfuerzan para comunicarse vía traductores. Opción sencilla y cómoda para quienes van a descansar luego de trabajar todo el día como fue mi caso.

Cons:

Es difícil encontrar el hotel en Amap, o Didi, pero tomando las debidas precauciones con antelación (marcándolo en favoritos) se soluciona,

Muy buena ubicación y habitación.
Pros:

La cama era muy cómoda con sábanas de mi buena calidad. La ubicación del hotel excelente. Cerca del metro línea 3, cerca de shopping malls y muchos restaurants. El inodoro muy moderno con calienta asiento. La atención del muchacho que hablaba inglés y recibía a la gente excelente. Tenía servicio de bus a la feria y como extra algo de comida a la tarde y a la noche sopas gratis.

Cons:

El desayuno es muy bueno. El café no era rico y la cafetera no tenía para calentar leche. No tenían huevos hechos en el momento. Faltaba un poco de variedad. El ascensor un poco lento.

Sentirte como en casa muy lejos de ella
Pros:

Hotel muy bien ubicado en Tianhe, habitaciones limpias y desayuno normal, poca variedad, lo que hace la diferencia es la atención de los chicos, de recepción y que están en todos lados, buscan como solucionar cada cosa y entenderte, un detalle muy lindo las frutas todas las noches en la habitación, agradecido a todos.

Cons:

La habitación que nos tocó al inicio tenía mucho olor a cigarrillo y la 2da. Aún con el apoyo de los muchachos de recepción también tenía algo de olor, un solo elevador hace complicado el bajar y subir en horas pico, desayuno poco variado.
