We had a 3 days stay in the hotel. Beds are so comfortable . Breakfast is included and it’s so good. Different varieties
Pros:

It’s clean and super customer service. All staff are very friendly and helpful. They are extremely helpful.

Cons:

Toilet and bathroom door is glass so I like to have my privacy. I requested for a curtain to cover the door for privacy.

Muy buena opción en Guangzhou!
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado y personal muy amable. Habitación de tamaño correcto. Tenían un montón de amenities y ofrecen agua gratis por todo el hotel y tienen merienda y snack por la noche gratuito. Aunque esta en una calle con mucho tráfico, no se oía nada. Desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Pese a que el desayuno era muy bueno, lo servían en la zona de recepción, que era muy pequeña y siempre había esperas para conseguir mesa (tampoco ayudaba que los húespedes chinos que iban solos, en vez de ocupar la barra, ocuparan mesas de cuatro).

Pros:

Great location to the shopping malls at Tiyuxi road. Many eateries near the hotel. Our kids like the AI automated rooms.

前台员工 - 婷 is helpful when there is problem with 1 of the room on my first night and assisting me to return my taobao parcel to the seller.

Cons:

There was cigarettes smell in one of our room when we were back to the hotel on 1st night. However, the hotel staff managed to change our room as my kid is sensitive to the smell.

Very reasonably priced, conveniently located hotel with charming staff.
Pros:

The location was good and the staff were super-helpful! If you speak Mandarin, you can make use of the voice-controlled automation in the room. Rooms were clean. There are malls, many eateries and a metro station nearby too. And for once, the mattress was firm!

The voice controls in-room only worked in Mandarin.

Great value. I would book again.
Pros:

Excellent value: staff, position, breakfast, cleanliness, comfort. I'd book again.

Cons:

Just a minor personal preference: a bit too many electronic controls into the room (lights, curtain, etc.). I'd prefer quick old fashion manual switches especially when coming back at night and just wanting to go directly to bed. But, nothing critical, just a minor note. I'd still book again next time I am in town.

Great location, cute hotel

Voice controlled curtains, Tv and lights. Convenient location, easy to get around, lots of food on the next street.

Was a bit small and not easy to find cos we got mixed up with a different hotel from the same chain.

Pros:

The location is close to shopping and eateries. We were attending the Canton Fair and there was a free bus shuttle to and from the venue. Complimentary delicious fruit tray delivered to our room every day.
