Estadia confortável e silenciosa.
Pros:

Pensão familiar. Anfitriã muito querida e atenciosa, me deixou muito a vontade. O lugar é bem silencioso, pra mim foi maravilhoso.

Pros:

Da atenção dos idosos que cuidam da pousada.

Cons:

Quando selecionei o filtro para café da manhã do booking essa pousada não deveria aparecer como opção. Depois que fechei a reserva recebi uma mensagem avisando que o café da manhã seria cobrado separadamente.

Slightly disappointing overnight check-in
Pros:

The room is simple but very clean and we slept well with a fan. It was hard to find a friendly, family run place in Sao Luis that wasn’t too expensive, so this felt like a good option.

Cons:

We had messaged Will in advance to ask if it would be ok for us to arrive overnight (we had a late flight landing at 1am) and he confirmed it would be fine. However, when we arrived it took a long time for someone to answer the door. Thankfully our Uber driver waited with us as he said the area could be unsafe at night. The man who greeted us (one of Will’s family members) was not expecting us and struggled to use Booking.com to locate our booking. This meant it took 25 minutes for us to get to our room and we were worried we would need to find somewhere else in the middle of the night. Possibly a one-off, but it felt a little disappointing after reading so many great reviews of the place.

A hospedagem tem um ambiente familiar, tranquilo e acolhedor, além de ser bem organizada e confortável. Também gostei da localização e da disposição da equipe em ajudar sempre que necessário. Minha experiência foi muito positiva e me senti em casa durante toda a estadia.

Não houve nada que eu realmente não tenha gostado durante a estadia. A experiência foi muito positiva e atendeu às minhas expectativas. Como sugestão de melhoria, acredito que alguns pequenos detalhes de conforto poderiam ser acrescentados no futuro, mas nada que tenha prejudicado minha hospedagem. Fui muito bem recebido e me senti à vontade durante toda a minha permanência.

Gostei muito da recepção que a Dona Lourdes e o seu Mário fazem. Eles são muito queridos e nos fazem sentir totalmente em casa. Parecia que eu estava visitando familiares. Vou sentir muita saudade!! 💖
