Pros:

We book this property since February 2026. And I was informed them I am traveling with 6 month baby. From February until 16 April we still on communication. BUT ! they're not telling me about they are property conditions. We arrived and shock ! the property is under renovation, dusty everywhere, ruined from the building,.swimming pool green water with all trash on it. No body there, just a note "will come in 15 minute" we waiting for 30 min no body show up. We no have local number,we couldn't call. Luckily I walk to the hotel infant the accommodation, me and my husban planing to have 1 night stay in that hotel it's batter then we stay in that apartment with that conditions. And ! Surprisingly that hotel also belong to that apartment they man who supost to waiting us in the apartment he is also work in the hotel. If I am not walk to that hotel I don't know when that man will come to apartment. Finally I am decided to stay in that hotel, AND ! YES !!! the hotel room so tiny where my baby can sleep no space for baby bed. We cancel and find other accommodation withch same price and much more batter.

NOTE FOR THIS APARTMENT OWNER ! DOING YOUR BUSINESS IN THE RIGHT WAY. LEARN WHAT THE MEANING OF SERVICE, MONEY WILL COME IF YOU HONEST WITH CUSTOMER.

MAKE SURE TO ASK THEM AGAIN ABOUT THE APART SITUATION. FROM WHAT I SEE MAYBE THEY NEED 2 MONTH MORE TO DO THIS ALL RENOVATION.

Во всем здании идет глобальный ремонт квартир, ощущение были, как будто заселилась на стройку. На моем этаже в жилом состоянии были только мои апарты, остальные стоят без дверей, туда сюда ходят рабочие, куча строительной пыли и звуки ремонта в течение дня.Чувствовала себя супер небезопасно, но приехала ночью из аэропорта и искать новые в ночи не стала. Апарты были чистыми, но видно, что давно не обновлялись, все обшарпанное, на сантехники желтый несмываемый налет, на зеркале и в душевой- белый. Вода моментально набирается в душевой и не уходит, мыться надо очень быстро, если нет желания затопить все вокруг. Лучше добавить буквально на 10 евро больше и остановиться в другом месте более комфортном

It is was not a good experience, enough to come by but staying for longer than one night would not recommend, the room looks like it is incomplete and work being done, on the floor there were signs of plastering from the walls and the room also smelled like this there was no proper bedsheets only a thin blanket and we were not offered any alternative solution. Also for a night check in there is a sign saying to wait 15 mins and someone will come back shortly, turns out the reception is completely on the other side of the road, I have seen that someone has left a review this issue around 2 years ago and nobody thought of adding a note pointing to the reception.

Pros:

Отличное расположение , море в двух шагах, очень просторные аппараты, вежливые сотрудники. Отель еще на стадии завершения ремонта, но в мае это почти везде, все готовятся к сезону . Единственное что я бы поменяла это подушки, очень жесткие, но вопреки им я смогла выспаться. Отличное место, хотела бы вернуться)))

Pros:

Хорошее месторасположение отеля: недалеко находится автовокзал, продуктовый маркет Мигрос, набережная, старый город

В отеле есть лифт, очень удобно
В целом переночевать один день можно

Cons:

1. В отеле идет ремонт, шумоизоляция плохая, бассейн заполнен строительным мусором
2. Номер брали на 4-х человек, по итогу заселили в апартаменты, где один диван и одна двухспальная кровать. Не было постельных и ванных принадлежностей, тапочек для двух человек (позже конечно принесли)

Pros:

Разбитый грязный номер в отеле, который проходит вялотекущую реконструкцию. Бассейн не работает, возможно фотографии показывают состояние лет 10 назад, но сейчас номер грязный, с разваливающейся мебелью и все приходилось отдельно просить на ресепшен. Насекомые в номере, вид из окна на стройматериалы. Не рекомендую к бронированию.

Hotel sa nachádza v blízkosti promenády, asi 15 minút chôdze do centra, v okolí veľa reštaurácií aj supermarket ,izby sú čisté ,v noci je ticho a kľud. Personál recepcie veľmi milý a prívetivý ,celkovo som bol spokojný, ubytoval by som sa tu znovu.

Škoda ,že nepodávajú raňajky
