Relaxing stay in Cua Dai Hoi an
Pros:

Great facilities and location. Staff were really accommodating even letting use the facilities long after check out. Transfer to old town really useful too

Cons:

The shower was blocked up and slightly mouldy around the grouting, but other than that everything was fantastic

Everything about this hotel met my expectations. I wish I was informed before hand about no beach access during my stay. I also thought it was a bit far from town.

Cons:

Should have been informed the beach access was not available and also the distance into town. $100.000.00 Dong every time.

Hotel sollte mehr gepflegt werden
Pros:

Das Zimmer was süss und einladend.Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eher klein und und die Auswahl war spärlich. Die Croissants waren an einigen Tage sogar hart. Das Hauskeeping kam zwar jeden Morgen, aber geputzt wurde nicht wirklich. Das Gym existierte kaum und ist nicht brauchbar. Das ganze Hotel gibt eher einen Hostel Vibe ab, da im Garten von morgens bis abends laute Musik läuft und Luftmatratzen etc. herumliegen.
Ausserdem war die Klimaanlage sehr laut im Zimmer.

Khách sạn đối diện biển, thuận tiện cho việc di chuyển và ăn uống, các quán Hải Sản cạnh đó rất gần và tươi ngon. Nhân viên khá nhiệt tình, phòng khá đẹp.

Pros:

Hotel Essen (A la carte) gut, sehr guter Kundenservice!

Cons:

Habe mir von der Unterkunft erhofft, die Bilder sind etwas irreführend. Pool direkt an der Straße, Strand leider derzeit nicht wirklich benutzbar (fairerweise muss man sagen, dass das Hotel darüber vorab informiert hat), Sauberkeit so lala, sehr hellhörig

Hoi An is a beautiful place with lots of places to explore, we stayed an extra 4 days (11 total) you can hire a scooter
Pros:

Nice quiet location across the road from the beach, 15 minute scooter to the old town. Staff were very helpful and afternoon beers in the pool 👍

Cons:

The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional in the way they communicated with guests. The hotel was also unclear and inconsistent regarding invoice issuance, which caused inconvenience. The beach area in front of the property was not usable. Guests should carefully consider these issues before booking
