Good pool and good price. Free bikes were great and it was an easy ride to Hoi An.
Pros:

The breakfast was good, pool was great. Being about to use the bikes for free was really helpful for riding to Hoi An and other areas. it was quiet with a view of the ocean. There are great seafood restaurants down the road and small supermarket nearby.

Cons:

The beach wasn't as clean as I was expecting. The water wasn't clear, but I'm from Australia so have high standards. The balcony was small and I woudl have liked a small chair to use on the balcony. i did move the chair inside the room to the door so I could enjoy the view.

Spory pokój, wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Hotel poinformował 2 dni przed przyjazdem, że trwają prace remontowe na plaży... hotel zarezerwowany ze względu akurat na plażę, z której nie dało się korzystać. Zachowanie bardzo na fair ponieważ remont trwa już od dłuższego czasu i potrwa jeszcze długo o czym dowiedzieliśmy się już na miejscu. Gdybym wiedziała wcześniej, najlepiej tuż po rezerwacji pobytu o tych pracach na plaży szukałabym innego hotelu. Do tego bardzo słabo działająca klimatyzacja, jakieś mini insekty biegające po pokoju na 3 piętrze.

We moved to a near by resort as the hotel was not what we thought it was going to be.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and understanding when we decided not to stay at the property.

Cons:

Property does not look like the photo’s online. We weren’t able to swim at the beach, poor location, gym equipment was bad.

he property is located about 10 minutes away from a popular tourist area and around 18 minutes from the Old Town, so it sits in a quieter, more peaceful neighborhood.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was tasty and varied, which we really enjoyed. We were also able to rent bikes directly from the property, which was a great convenience.
The room was beautiful and, most importantly, very clean. Housekeeping came every day, which we appreciated.

Cons:

Sometimes when my husband and I are staying at a hotel, there are days when you just want to lie in bed and watch something — Netflix or anything really. Unfortunately, the TV is quite old and the sound quality is poor — it crackles and is very unpleasant to listen to. Streaming services like Netflix are not available on it either. Updating the TV would really make a difference and is one of the main things we’d love to see improved.
Also, unfortunately, their private beach was not accessible during our stay. Having a private beach is definitely a big plus for a hotel, but sadly we weren’t lucky enough to enjoy it this time. Hopefully on a future visit it will be open for guests.
Overall a pleasant stay, and we hope to see these small improvements made for future guests!
