The stay was amazing and the view was amazing. But food and the location is 2/10. Bhumika tq
Pros:

The best part was room. ND the balcony view. The most supportive was Bhumika. And also the sweetest one.

Cons:

The food was very low with expection and the the serving staff was also late.

Pros:

The hospitality of the staff was outstanding, they tried to take care of smallest of the smallest things. The breakfast spread was good and the live counter had great foods. Special thanks to Ms. BHUMIKA for upgrading us to the premium suite it had amazing view from the balcony and for the decor. The entire hotel staff was very comforting.

Pros:

Disgusting. We are waiting for our money of 1 night to be refunded which they promised us

Nothing. The staff was ridiculous.

Cons:

The staff members are very casual with the customers.
Dinner waiting time was 45 mins which exceeded to 1 hour 40 minutes and we had no option to reorder as their kitchen closed. These people are very casual.

Lovely hotel, kind staff
Pros:

Lovely hotel with kind staff.
Excellent food.
Good views of the town and when the clouds parted, the snow covered mountains.
The upstairs lounge had excellent views.

Cons:

About a 20 minute walk to the centre of town.
Room 1O1 had two windows but it is below the dinning room so noisy but quiet by 10pm.
Probably not so comfortable with foreigners. For example payment, is not possible with a foreign credit card and the nearest ATM is 20 minutes away.

Cleanliness of the rooms were good

The views from 1st floor was only showing the back terrace. The photos of the hotel front doesn’t match the actual view and it misleads the customer

Cons:

Our experience was quite disappointing. The restaurant had no child seats available, which made dining with our 1-year-old very difficult. During the meal, our child accidentally broke a piece of cutlery, and the hotel staff charged an unreasonably high amount, claiming it was “premium quality” cutlery. This felt excessive and unfair given the situation.

In addition, the food service was very slow, and the breakfast buffet offered very few options with limited variety. Overall, the service and facilities did not meet expectations, especially for families with young children.
