De ligging van de locatie is echt een uur van de bewoonde wereld af, dit is niet te lopen en moet je steeds een Grab regelen.
Niet veel te doen bij het hotel, we hadden twee dagen regen en dan is er geen activiteit of gezellige bar waar je iets kunt drinken.

房间里灰尘多 ，娱乐设施也没有，早餐普普通通别无选择， 泳池水黄黄的很肮脏， 员工打扫都是随随便便没有用吸尘机，不值这个价 ， 价值差不回头！！！
一般般, 房内空调噪音大，叫来修理了好了可是风扇还是有噪音。 房间里面有一只大蜘蛛， 好彩打死了，不然整晚不能睡了.

Everything was good until i found no dustbin inside the room but nvm that,we have a plastic to put our trash. And its more convenience if u have roof along the walkway because it was super hot at noon.

Dinner. All spicy & lack of variety. Topup too slow.

房间有异味，厕所的下水道异味特别重。下水道堵塞，淋浴的时候会涨水。房间蚊虫非常多，一晚上可以打死10只以上。空调的吹风声音异常大，跟外机的音量差不多。自助早餐的品类的数量和其价格严重不符，性价比极低。在周边根本没有任何第三方饮食设施的环境下，别无选择必须吃。早餐的服务员普遍无精打采。早餐里很多品类不能及时补充。做煎蛋和鸡蛋卷的厨师的火候控制完全不达标，煎蛋的品相很糟糕，鸡蛋卷外部是煎过头的。咖啡机的垃圾槽需要清理，我必须站在咖啡机前很久才有人来换。早餐有提供粥，但粥的旁边除了酱料，任何搭配粥的小菜都没有。儿童游泳池旁没有看到任何救生员。

I give this comment not because i dont like it but it can help to improve it.
1. They should service the aircond. Still ok but it took long time to cold.

2.The toilet is so clean but have some bad smell.

If these two things have solve i can give 10/10.✌️

The drive to the location with small road and if driving at night very dark. Need to add more food outlet nearby or more in house cafe. Maybe should add welcoming performance such as a free short cultural dance/show.

Check In time was inconvenient, need to wait 2 hours and multiple inquiries before being shown to the room

Need to improve cleanliness and restaurant food. Room have spiders and web. Restaurant less food and no other choices. Many mosquitoes at night. Television movies not work well.

Check-in time took too long and food is not what we expected.
