Location and bar/ restaurant. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Bathroom needs updating but everything worked and was clean. Good for dog owners.

Cons:

Lack of information when checking in I.e. how to get back into and out of hotel, for dog walking, when staff not available and Wi Fi code. Check out stated 7.00am so thought we could get breakfast from that time but restaurant was closed.

A warm night.
Pros:

Lovely hotel. Restaurant good.

Cons:

Receptionist not the most friendly! Handed us key and pointed to a door, lift not obvious - through another door - had to ask cleaner. Room although spacious was very warm, air con not working and it was 32° at 5pm. Bed comfortable, expect pillow - very flat.

Great sleep over during the route.

Camas muy cómodas, personal muy amable y aprovechamos para desayunar en el restaurante y estaba todo muy bueno.

La ubicación, para nosotros, muy buena. A 10 minutos en coche del centro de Burgos y perfecto para volver al día siguiente a la carretera.

Cons:

Mucho calor en la habitación y no había ventilador ni aire acondicionado.
La ducha sí que necesitaría un lavado de cara.

Great as usual.
Pros:

The public areas are excellent, the bar and restaurant are well staffed and the employees are always ready to serve customers. They also have great TVs for watching the World Cup, and great Aircon for the occasions when the temperatures get as high as they were when we stayed this time. We weren't happy with the accommodation on this occasion for the reasons given in the next section, however the employee on duty very kindly agreed to give us a refund for our second night. We've stayed at this hotel in the past and will return as it has many good points, just not in the summer!

Cons:

Our visit coincided with unusually hot weather conditions and unfortunately the accommodation does not have air conditioning.

El aparcamiento vigilado. Habitación silenciosa a pesar de estar junto a la carretera. Almohada cómoda.

Cons:

Mi habitación estaba en un segundo piso y no llega el ascensor. Hace mucho calor. La habitación regulera. Hace falta algo de inversión. La luz del techo del baño no funcionaba.
