Please improve your cleanliness
Pros:

24/7 reception. Staff were nice and responsive. It was also the cheapest option we could find with private bathroom. Decent location within walking distance to Lalaport mall and a quick Grab to major tourist attractions. Cheap and tasty breakfast options.

Cons:

Quite a lot. First, there were serious hygiene issues. Our bedsheet and blanket cover had some questionable stains, one of which looked too horrific to specify. My pillow was very old, yellow, and clearly past its usable life. These items should have been replaced long ago instead of being repeatedly recycled for new guests. The bathroom also had a persistent sewage smell. Despite using an excessive amount of shampoo and body wash in an attempt to mask the odor, we always greeted our morning with the odor of a landfill.

Second, our room had no window and ventilation wasn’t good. The entire time the AC was blowing directly on our face. The moment we stepped out of the room, we could smell nothing but cigarettes in the hallway. Due to the lack of fresh air both inside and outside of the room, we got sick during our stay. We had wished we were able to sleep in the mall rather than return to our room.

Third, the interior design was just poor to say the least. The power outlet beside the bed was positioned in a way that made it unusable, so we got to charge our phone all the way on the floor.

Pros:

Lo mejor son los de recepción, te ayudan mucho en todo. Nuestro bus salia a la 1:30a.m y nos dejaron quedarnos en el hall y nos guardaron las maletas mientras visitabamos la ciudad.

Cons:

La cama es muy incomoda, se nos clavaban los muelles, el wifi es flojo en la habitación y el alojamiento se ve viejo y no muy limpio.

The location was good, it's walkable to Lalaport, Times Square and MRT stations.

Registration was a breeze.

Room was spacious and clean.

Muslim travellers please bring your own sejadah / praying mat.

The rooftop offers a beautiful view of KL day & night, love it so much!

Parking is limited.
