Pros:

location, facilities, host, heater in room

Cons:

Guests smoking in other rooms caused smoke to drift into my room. Electrical issue with space heater in room and appliances in kitchen causing circuit breaker to open.

Pros:

Pros:

Good communications, efficient check-in, invited to enjoy use of living room and kitchen, clean, central location, mostly quiet at night but traffic noise can be heard during the day

Cons:

There was a bad smell of drains in private bathroom attached to my room that was off-putting so ended up using shared bathroom in corridor.
