Excelente. Localização perfeita.
Pros:

Minha experiência no House of Ble foi excelente. A localização é um dos grandes destaques, permitindo conhecer Viena com muita facilidade, seja a pé ou utilizando o transporte público.

O atendimento foi impecável durante toda a estadia. A equipe foi sempre muito cordial, prestativa e atenciosa, fazendo com que nos sentíssemos muito bem recebidos.

O hotel também merece elogios pela limpeza, que estava sempre impecável, e pelo conforto das instalações. O quarto tinha um bom tamanho, oferecendo espaço suficiente para acomodar a bagagem e descansar com tranquilidade.

Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar no House of Ble e o recomendo a quem procura um hotel bem localizado, confortável, limpo e com um atendimento de alto nível.

Cons:

Como sugestão de melhoria, o café da manhã poderia oferecer uma variedade um pouco maior, considerando o preço cobrado pela estadia. Fora isso, minha experiência foi excelente e certamente voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

Perfekte Lage, freundlich, sauber, trotz Verwechslung kommen wir gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar und wir waren in ein paar Gehminuten am Naschmarkt. Das Personal war stets freundlich, die Zimmer gross und sehr sauber. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet hat mit frischen Zutaten überzeugt, und das gesamte Team war jederzeit hilfsbereit.

Leider gab es beim Check-in ein Missverständnis. Ich hatte zwei unterschiedliche Zimmerkategorien gebucht. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption hat uns versehentlich das Standardzimmer und den Kindern meines Partners das Superior-Zimmer zugeteilt. Ich hatte beim Einchecken zwar erwähnt, dass ich das Superior-Zimmer gebucht hatte, aber offenbar kam es zu einem Missverständnis.

Aufgefallen ist uns der Fehler erst nach zwei Tagen, als die Kinder von den zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten in ihrem Zimmer erzählten, wie dem täglich bereitgestellten Wasser oder der grossen Bodylotion-Flasche (was wir im Gegensatz nicht hatten. 1grosse Flasche frisches Wasser bei Ankunft,ja und kleine Body-Lotion-Tube auch ja, aber nicht nachgefüllt). Daraufhin erkundigte ich mich an der Rezeption, welches Zimmer tatsächlich das Superior-Zimmer war, und stellte fest, dass die Zimmer vertauscht worden waren.

Das hat mich sehr geärgert, insbesondere weil das Superior-Zimmer u.a. als Überraschung und Geschenk zum 60. Geburtstag meines Partners gedacht war. Abgesehen von diesem ärgerlichen Vorfall hatten wir jedoch einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und waren mit dem Hotel insgesamt sehr zufrieden.

Exceptional stay! Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and everything was spotless. The room was comfortable, spacious, and very well maintained.

The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The service was outstanding, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.

I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay.
