Fantástica céntrica ubicación
Pros:

La situación estupenda para visitar el centro y los museos andando. La habitación muy amplia. La cama cómoda. Buena limpieza y personal agradable.

Cons:

La dicha de lluvia goteaba agua fría mientras usabas agua caliente en la de mano. El aire acondicionado no regulaba bien, afortunadamente la temperatura exterior en los días de nuestra estancia era buena y prescindimos de él sin problema.

Spacious upgraded room near main attractions of Vienna
Pros:

Location to attractions and wonderful room and breakfast

Cons:

Room 216 has a short in the bathroom light switch. It appeared that water that hit the wall from the shower may have seeped in compromising the light switch. It would turn on when we thought it was off. We then kept it off and let the front desk know about it.

An amazing hotel for a 3star, defintely not a 4 star.
Pros:

Location was great, I really liked where the hotel is located. Besides that, it was a great 3 star hotel but defintely shouldn't be a 4 star.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't great, typical 3 star intercontinental breakfast. Air conditioner was OK for European standards, but it defintely wasnt cold enough.

Reception was available 24/7 on whatsapp, but physically was not present all the time.

Vienna is spectacular and highly recommend a visit.
Pros:

The Breakfast was good but limited, coffee want not so good and ordering fresh cost extra, nothing a la carte available. The location is good, rooms were large

Cons:

Our room was right next to the elevator so we could hear lots of noise from people waiting for the lift everyday, the bigger issue was the internal balcony which was extra cost, faced directly across from the a joining apartment, the internal noise from the balcony was terrible as on the ground floor is the kitchen. Noise from the kitchen and workers who had a table for taking breaks started early in the morning waking us up each day. There was no other rooms available but the hotel gave us a discount on the room price for each day which was very decent of them

Good if you want it as a base and not much more.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and clean.
Breakfast choice was good although the coffee machine broke down several times.
Good location for Vienna`s main centre.

Cons:

There`s nowhere to really chill and have a drink after 4pm.

We had a great vacation we really enjoyed our stay in the hotel, we asked for early check in and they brought us the roo
Pros:

Everything!!! The room is so beautiful and big, the location is great, nearby to supermarket, the staff was always friendly and helpful, breakfast was great and so peaceful (not crowded, there are no more than 15 tables l think)

Everything was just great
