Avoid at all cost!
Cons:

After great difficulties finding the place (no signage) I found the ‘hotel’ which is just one floor in a skyscraper mixed with apartments and offices. 2 young unprofessional girls were at the desk on their phones. Not a word of English so we had to communicate through a translator app. When I initially made the booking I had secured it with my UK credit card. The hotel does not accept foreign credit cards, despite on Booking it indicates it does. I was told they could not accept my card and that I had to go and take out cash. Most ATM’s in China don’t accept foreign cards either. I told them I could only pay for the reservation with the card I had reserved it with. Since that was not possible I had to leave. I had travelled for 2 days and it was 35 degrees and humid, so the last thing I needed was to be turned away and look for another place to stay. Very unprofessional establishment. Do not waste time with this place because it will be nothing but hassle upon arrival. None of my messages were replied to prior to my arrival so I was not surprised to see how badly run the ‘hotel’ is.

Hotel Good Location

Cons:

A hotel charged me the double hotel rate
When I checked in 27/10/2024, I requested
The counter to used the same credit card
amount CNY795.60 which earlier when I booking dated 25/10/2024 from Booking.com Confirmation 4922737113.
The counter answer me that the hotel can
not accept the same credit card because
the hotel do not had the machine to deal.
I false to use the Bank of China Debit Card
amount CNY595.60 and paid Cash CNY200
total CYN795.60 for payment. I requested the bill and receipt but no successful.
Unfortunately my Credit Card statement
shown Rm486.81(CNY795.60) was credited from my credit card account dated 27/10/2024
On 31/10/2024 while I at Shenzhen Airport China I called the Qinman Hotel counter
complain the above-mentioned method.
They replied me to claim back CNY795.60
from Booking.Com
I was annoyed and confused my extra payments Rm486.81 (CNY795.60) was charged by my credit card account .I was wondering which party should responsed and refund back amount Rm486.81(CNY795.60) to me
Please clarifying the above-mentioned matter as soon as possible

Once I was able to check in to the hotel, everything else went fine. The room was just as advertised

The room was spacious and comfortable. It had everything I needed.

Cons:

The location was a bit far from the train station and Macau border, and also difficult to find. We needed help from the front desk. It was also unclear whether my credit card was charged or that I needed to pay at the property.
