Great location, easy to get into room using lockbox, nice and cosy, nice to have a TV and sofa
Location was great but it was quite noisy at night
Good location close to the centre, lots of shops, restaurants, bars, etc nearby
It was quite noisy from the nearby nightlife. The bed in the room was elevated and was accessed by climbing up a ladder. I wouldn't have booked the room if I had realised that in advance.
Great facilities. Well equiped. Sugar, tea and coffee provided, even a jug of water in the fridge which during a heatwave was very welcome. There is a washing machine if you have a longer stay and a couple of pods for it. It was pretty hot being during a heatwave but there is a small AC unit who did a good job cooling the place down a little bit, it is a bit loud tho. Comfortable bed. And the location is perfect, very central, bus stop a couple of minutes away and lots of places to eat or have a drink. The cathedral is within walking distance too.
It was pretty loud at night but there's not much that can be done about it, that's the price to pay for being so central. It quiet down after 1am. And then the seagulls are taking over around 5.30 am. If you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs! And the TV didn't work. i could login into my Netflix account so it was ok but there was no channels at all. I tried to tune it but no channel could be detected, I don't know if it's normal or a fluck.
The location, a few minutes’ walk from all the action is. The apartment is cosy and the kitchen and bathroom have everything necessary, well laid out.
The Higgihaus team were very kind and attentive. We do appreciate their sincere desire to make our stay as pleasant as possible.

It needs a proper aircon system. A couple of fans are not enough when the high temps hit the city.
Veldig sentralt, nært til severdigheter, restauranter og opplevelser. Bra størrelse på leiligheten. Bra utstyrt kjøkken. Selvbetjening. Hyggelige folk på chat, ellers ikke noen menneskelig kontakt.
Vi hadde en varmebølge når vi besøkte Bristol. Uten aircondition ble det på grensen til uutholdelig. Viften som var på plass, klarte ikke å holde temperaturen nede.
Vinduene i våres leilighet var frostet, av en god grunn. Bakgården var litt mere enn trist.

Posizione centralissima. Doccia con acqua regolabile alla temperatura perfetta. Con le finestre chiuse molto silenzioso. Letto comodissimo.
Difficile muoversi nella camera perché piuttosto basso il soffitto. Pulizia della cucina un po' approssimativa ma non l'abbiamo usata.
Very good location, easy access, good range of facilities with good sound insulation. Would stay again very happily.
Hand showerhead was broken and the blinds in the kitchen were broken. Minor details which I'm sure will be quickly repaired. The flat could get hot with fans helping out.

DESCRIPTION SHOILD HAVE BEEN WRITTEN I DID INFORM THE HOST/OWNER THAT PHYSICALY I COULD NOT 'CRAWL' ABOUT IN THE TINY EXTENTION TO SLEEP. ALTERNATIVE APT WAS OFFERED ....SAME BUILDING BUT SIMILAR SET UP. NOT APPROPIATE

Excellent location in the heart of Bristol’s old town. Well designed apartment with good kitchen and excellent bathroom. A very comfortable refuge.
I had a really lovely stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect. Right in the center and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions, which made exploring incredibly convenient.
The hotel itself feels cosy and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Cleanliness is clearly a priority here, as everything was spotless throughout my visit.
What stood out most was how easy and pleasant the whole experience felt, no stress, just a comfortable place to come back to after a day out.
Overall, a great all-round hotel that I would happily recommend and stay at again.
Good location. Nice and cosy little apartment. It has everything that you need.
There was a loud constant buzzing noise right outside the window. We've tried reporting it, but the owner just ignored it. We also had issues with blocked shower drain; it took 24h to sort out.
