Pros:

Location very convenient for bus stop to William Harvey Hospital , short journey via 503, every 20 minutes most of day, and 30 minutes early and late in day, and Sat and Sun. ve

Very handy to have small fridge and microwave in room.

Cons:

Did not expect to have to read email to find further instructions like where to leave keys. Better to leave written instructions in room.

Very cosy, quiet and warm
Pros:

I really like the room, it was warm, clean and cosy.
It was very quiet, and when you wake up, there's a great view from the window.
The room has a microwave, a fridge and a kettle. The bed is comfortable.
The host is very nice.

simple, clean and everything it needed to be

the room and amenities were good and everything was provided for, the room was simple but clean

Cons:

the internet was not available for the last 2 days which was when i had time in the room and needed it most, which was disappointing but i understand it was not intentional
