The owner was extremely kind and he was willing to help when we sought advice. He doesn't speak English and I don't speak Portuguese. However, he tried really hard to communicate with us. The location is quite good with supermarkets and restaurants nearby and the metro station is within walking distance. Also, free street parking is available.
Wasn't really clear the property was shared with other guests when booking. Would have been useful to know this from the beginning. There were some guests staying for the long-term. It's a bit difficult to know what to use and not to use items in the kitchen. In general the property was kept clean but it seems aging and tiring. Would require some maintenance.
Det enda bra med detta boende var priset men det var ändå inte värt upplevelsen.
Vi bodde där med två barn 8 och 10. När ett par gäster bråkade högt, kastade glas i golvet och välte möbler i sitt rum påtalade vi för hyresgästen att vi tror att de är påverkade av narkotika (pga tidigare iakttagelser) och att vi inte kände oss trygga med barnen där. Han lät dem bo kvar och vi checkade ut en dag tidigare. Trots detta ingen kompensation.
Rummen var lyhörda, mögel i badrummen, köket stökigt och ingen plats i kylskåpen.

Além de ser super limpo os hosts são super simpáticos mesmo todos que frequentam a casa … fiquei lá 2 dias e fiz 2 amigos lá 💪🏿

Mau estado do alojamento, pouca ou nenhuma renovação. Fora que há essenciais como as persianas não fecharem ou não ter sequer cortinas

Estadia impecável.
Uma experiência excecional do início ao fim. O alojamento estava impecavelmente limpo e com todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia confortável.
A localização é ótima, ideal tanto para descansar como para explorar a zona. O check-in foi simples e rápido, e a comunicação com o Sr. Sérgio foi sempre excelente. Muito disponível, simpático e profissional.
С учётом повреждений в феврале, было комфортно. Единственное мне хотелось ещё одно одеяло, так как было чуточку прохладно. В основном нормально. Персонал не видели, т.к. были проездом на одну ночь.
