Die Zimmer heizen sich schnell auf, Klima lässt sich nur mit dem Zimmerschlüssel nutzen, sodass diese deaktiviert ist, beim verlassen des Zimmers.

Pros:

Difficilmente capita di trovare una struttura catalogata come tre stelle ma che in realtà ne vale almeno una in più. Pulitissimo, arredato con gusto moderno con attenzione alla comodità e al comfort, personale gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni esigenza. Posizione comoda e location tranquilla. Colazione di qualità e completa. Davvero una meravigliosa scoperta che consiglio con entusiasmo a chi sceglie di soggiornare a San Vito lo Capo!

Klein aber fein mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Kleines Familiengeführtes Hotel. Es war alles Top, Frühstück war sehr gut, Zimmer sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Die Besitzer haben sich um alles gekümmert und auch sehr gute Typs gegeben.

Very nice for a shorter stay
Pros:

The location is nice, the staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room and beds were comfortable and clean, and one of the two guys covering the reception will make you a great coffee in the morning.

Cons:

the breakfast is a bit on the scarce side (a bit repetitive if you stay for several days), but it is always fresh.

Het hotel is klein maar erg netjes. De kamer was heel erg schoon en het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Vriendelijke host. Op loopafstand van het strand van San Vito Lo Capo.

Eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!
Pros:

Die Betreiber des Hotels waren sehr freundlich, sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend und haben uns gut beraten. Wir konnten den Tag mit einem umfangreichen, ausgewogenen und köstlichen Frühstück im Innenhof des Hotels beginnen und problem- und kostenlos vor dem Hotel parken, Letzteres gilt aber höchstwahrscheinlich nicht für die Hauptsaison. Das Hotel befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten von der Fußgängerzone, dem Zentrum und dem sehr schönen Strand entfernt.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer im Parterre, so dass wir am Abend und in der Nacht das Fenster nicht offenhalten konnten.

Hôtel avec potentiel mais trop bruyant
Pros:

La situation de l établissement proche du centre, des restaurants, des commerces et de la plage.
La gentillesse du personnel.
La terrasse utilisée pour le petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Placé dans la chambre 103, la porte d entrée donnait directement sur la terrasse où se prenait le petit déjeuner. Cette proximité a pu causer quelques nuisances (bruit de voix, de chaises déplacées). Le logement était également assez bruyant du à la proximité d un hôtel directement accolé à la chambre. Nous entendions des bruits de chocs tard la nuit et tôt le matin. Nous avons pu interpeller le personnel par rapport à la situation. Le propriétaire a eu l amabilité d aller parler avec l autre établissement. Ils sont toutefois tributaire du bon vouloir de leurs voisins et de la clientèle de l autre hôtel.
Hormis cela, le petit déjeuner reste basique.
Le logement est situé dans une ZTL avec interdiction de se garer dans la rue. Des parkings publics sont toutefois disponibles à proximité.
