Location was close to many amenities.
They could have cleaned the toilet better and provided drinking water daily, without the need for the guest to ask. They had hot water for shower but no means for guest to make a hot drink. It would be good if they provided an Electric kettle or at least a hot water dispenser at the lobby.
With just a little more effort from the owner and staff, the service and condition of the rooms can be improve, to make it a better rated hotel.
