Un immense merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et son professionnalisme. Tout le monde a été adorable, attentionné et aux petits soins du début à la fin.

L’hôtel était tout simplement incroyable : magnifique, confortable, propre et avec une atmosphère vraiment exceptionnelle. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et nous en garderons un très beau souvenir.

🇫🇷 Hôtel impeccable, très propre et magnifique. Personnel accueillant, nombreuses activités, piscines et espaces pour les enfants au top. La restauration est variée et de qualité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, rien à redire !

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 The hotel was absolutely spotless, beautiful and very well maintained. The staff were welcoming, there were plenty of activities, and the pools and facilities for children were fantastic. The food was varied and very good. We had an excellent family stay — nothing to complain about!

TRES DÉÇU DU CHANGEMENT DE LHOTEL (3 fois ici), en comparaison avec d’autre hotel sur Belek !!
Pros:

Le seul vrai point positif pour nous reste le personnel, en général très agréable, ainsi que la réception, qui a fait son possible pour nous placer dans un endroit calme de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Très déçus pour ce troisième séjour au Granada Luxury Belek.

Avec le temps, nous avons eu le sentiment que l’hôtel cherche de plus en plus à faire payer des extras en plus du séjour, parfois pour des choses qui nous semblent pourtant déjà intégrées dans l’expérience d’un établissement de ce standing. Nous comprenons parfaitement que certains services soient payants, comme les massages ou le photographe, mais faire payer une tombola seulement 30 minutes avant le show nous a paru exagéré. Dans d’autres hôtels du même niveau à Belek ou Lara, ce type d’animation est gratuit et fait simplement partie du divertissement.

Même constat pour les pop-corn, proposés à un tarif vraiment excessif juste devant la scène, dans un contexte où l’on sent clairement que tout est fait pour faire céder les enfants.

Concernant les spectacles, nous les avons trouvés globalement ennuyeux, à l’exception de celui sur M. Jackson, qui était vraiment réussi. Nous pensons qu’un show plus interactif, avec la participation du public, apporterait une vraie valeur ajoutée.

Nous sommes également sortis deux soirs au Land of Legends, dont le spectacle ne nous a pas particulièrement intéressés, et nous avons payé 35 € aller-retour en taxi, ce qui montre qu’au final certaines sorties extérieures reviennent moins cher que les prestations proposées sur place.

Le point qui nous a le plus choqués concerne la relation clientèle. Nous avons simplement demandé s’il était possible de boire un café à 18h avec une animatrice du mini-club d’un autre hotel 5 étoiles, une personne extérieure à l’hôtel devenue une amie de notre famille. À notre grande surprise, on nous a d’abord indiqué que c’était payant. Nous pensions à un petit supplément, mais on nous a ensuite posé plusieurs questions assez étonnantes, notamment sur l’âge de la personne, ce que nous avons trouvé très déplacé, a ce jour nous ne savons pas pourquoi cette question!

Wonderful and a great day, except the reception

It is a great facility except some old furniture

Unbelievable, the chaos they are in, it took more than two hours to chick in, other things they don’t answer the phone if you called them 24 hours they will never answer you,
What makes it sad? It’s the only thing that is not working in this beautiful resort.
