Pros:

Lugar perfecto en frente del hospital 12 de octubre. Yo me alojé con mi marido y mi hija por una consulta que teníamos e íbamos desde Asturias.

Cons:

El precio de la máquina de snack. Es excesivo.

Everything was great!

The room was very comfortable and had a ceiling fan and excellent insulation, which kept it pleasantly cool even though it was 40°C outside.
The shower was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained.

I was also impressed by the soundproofing, I couldn’t hear any neighbors or street noise.

Apartamento equipado y habitación amplia.

Cons:

Para acceder a la piscina climatizada hay que ir por el exterior y si vas en invierno hace frío al subir o al bajar.

Excellent stay but if people came late at night, they may have a wrong impression until they get into the room

I love the comfortable bed and the mattress, I love that there’s a washing machine however there could be a top loaded dryer as well just to let you know thank God that the temperature was warm so I put my clothes on a drying rack and let it dry overnight outside in the patio. I love the fact that there was a kitchen with fully loaded with everything and there was a coffee maker, etc..

Cons:

I didn’t like that there was no spa availability, and the timing was not right. When I came a little later in the evening, I did not like the pool arrangement, and the fact that there was no food later in the evening available. I did not try the vending machines. There should be some snack for people that come later in the evening perhaps but otherwise things are OK.

Hotel 2 estrellas con precio de 4 estrellas
Pros:

La ubicación para el propósito del viaje que era asistir a un festival en iberdrola park, fue buena. De hecho para visitar el centro también está ok, ya que se encuentra a 7 paradas de la estación Sol en metro. El hotel está rodeado de edificios en obra pero cumplió con las expectativas ya que solo lo utilizamos para dormir.

Cons:

La limpieza no era buena había una taza sucia con restos de café, cápsula de café utilizada y el sofá sucio. La toalla de cara parecía sucia o utilizada.
No hay aire acondicionado, tiene un sistema con ventiladores y climatización ecológico por medio de agua el cual no es efectivo en días de altas temperaturas cómo en los meses de verano, además los ventiladores son ruidosos.
El desayuno es caro 15 euros por persona y la verdad es pésimo, si bien es estilo bufet, tiene pocas opciones, unas fetas de queso, otras de jamón, bacon frío y huevos tienes que llegar temprano sino lo comes frío y las sobras. En cuanto a la Bollaría estaba todo seco y tieso como si fuese de días atrás. No lo recomiendo.
