Lo único que se salva es la directora de todo el complejo.
Pros:

La directora estuvo excepcional ante todo los inconvenientes ocurrido, estoy seguro que puede acometer y poner en orden todo los problemillas. Gracias a la directora del hotel por solucionar los inconvenientes ocurrido, espero volver algún día al hotel y poder darle un excelente en todo los ámbitos pero hoy por hoy no puede ser. Gracias directora del hotel por toda la atención prestada, no se desanime es usted una crack y muy buena directora. Se perfectamente que de sobra lleva el hotel hasta donde desee usted.

Cons:

No voy ha poner lo que no me gustó por respeto a la directora del hotel, ella pondrá todo en su sitio y el orden, porque la veo fuerte psicológicamente y de enderezar el rumbo. Un saludo directora. Gracias.

La tranquilidad del apartamento. Fresquito (y estábamos a 38° en la calle), con un Mercadona a 3 minutos y una parada de metro (línea 3) a 5 minutos.

Excelente ubicación y dormitorio
Pros:

Ubicación, instalaciones desayuno (desayuno muy bien aunque siempre se pueden mejorar cosas), habitación amplia y cama muy cómoda
