Close to main old town , quiet and comfy room
Really friendly young girl on reception in the evening with great English .
Unfortunately I booked a deluxe double and only looked at the first pictures shown , the room we got was really small .
Please be aware there is other choices for breakfast than on display , unfortunately I wasn’t made aware of this so went out for breakfast daily as the options on display were not suitable for me to eat .

Fabulous hotel smack bang in the middle of everything. The location is 100%. The staff are very good. A special thank you to William who looked after us extremely well. We do not hesitate to recommend this hotel. Next time we are in Hanoi, we will definitely stay here.
We hebben een ongelooflijk mooie tijd gehad in dit hotel. De service van het hotel was erg goed, vooral William. Het hotel ligt in de Old Quarter, alles op loopafstand. Onze kamer met balkon was groot en schoon. Ook veel faciliteiten aanwezig op de kamer. Een aanrader 🙏🏻

Tout, pas la bonne chambre qui était sur les photos, salle de bain très salle, personnel qui ne sourit jamais, odeur de la cuisine qui remontait, humidité dans la chambre…

5th floor. Air-conditioning fans on top of the roof were loud the whole night.
Friendly staff. Me and my friend arrived at 2am but we were able to check in. Bed was comfortable.
It was alright I only slept there for 1 night so did the job but the room smelled damp.

They cancelled our reservation at the checking in and told us they have no rooms. Tried to make us cancel the reservation so we get charged for cancelling. Total scam stay away.

Chambre très bruyante et ce, toute la nuit. On se serait cru à côté du moteur d'un bateaux. En fait toutes les clims tournent devant la minuscule fenêtre...
Bardzo dobry hotel w mieście opanowanym przez hostele. Przyjemne śniadanie, baaardzo pomocna i miła obsługa (!!). Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, lepsza od Old Quarter.
Gros avantage : Situation géographique, plein centre du vieux quartier à 2 pas du lac Hoan kiem

The stair is very narrow, and my room does not have any other emergency exit. In case of fire, it will be a big problem.
