Posizione ottima situato in posizione ottimale per visitare le principali attrattive e quartieri di Hanoi.
La ubicación
La habitación no tiene nada que ver con las fotos entras y huele a humedad, el lavabo es horrible, te duchas en frente del lavamanos y se queda todo mojado por mucho rato y queda inutilizable. La habitación es muy oscura, la cama muy incomoda. Se fue la luz un par de veces, y entraba la luz de la escalera por una rejilla de la habitación, por ese precio mejor buscar otra cosa.

El personal fue muy amable, educado y atento en todo momento. Nos trataron muy bien y estuvieron pendientes de nosotros.
La habitación no tenía nada que ver con las fotografías. No tenía ventana, había humedades y la limpieza dejaba bastante que desear. El cuarto de baño era muy pequeño y el desayuno bastante mejorable. Teniendo en cuenta el precio que pagamos, esperábamos mucho más.

Lo mejor, la ubicación. El desayuno esta bastante bien. El personal fue muy amable al dejarnos dejar allí el equipaje un par de dias.
Habitación pequeña, sin ventana y sin ventilación. La nevera de la habitación olía a rayos y hacía ruido como un tractor (la tuvimos que desenchufar). Las camas eran un trozo de goma espuma.
Clean room and good position in old quartier , good laundry service.
Family room with balcony is very tiny and VERY noisy, the window doesn't close very well and had no acoustic isolation at all, results in bad sleep. Globally old hotel who desperately need a refresh, I didn't appreciate the mold everywhere in the room who was just covered with a decorative panel. Breakfast "room" is in a corridor, no place for families et poor choise of food.

Location. With this hotel its all bout location. If you need to be in the middle of the action you need to dind an option located in these surroundings. Staff was extremely helpful, I left clothes to be washed 2 more times during my Vietnam trip and they helped us out with this even after our stay had ended.
Breakfast has awful, with no options and bad tasting ones. I stayed in the zone because I remembered a great breakfast in a similar hotel nearby a couple of years earlier. It was not the case here. The fact that the shower is in the same space as the toilet I know is common for Vietnam but should not be an option for travellers at all.
