I'm sorry to say this, but this has been the worst hotel experience I've ever had in over 20 years of travelling, both for business and leisure.

We paid extra for a room with a "window". However, the window couldn't even be opened to let in fresh air, there was absolutely no view, and it faced the window of another room barely 20 cm away from ours.

The room was ridiculously small. Tiny doesn't even begin to describe it. In fact, and this is something I've never experienced before, you could only get into bed from one side, through an extremely narrow gap. The rest of that side was blocked by the bathroom, while the bed itself was practically boxed in by the other three walls.

To make matters even worse, during our entire stay of 4 days and 3 nights, our room was never cleaned, and our towels were never changed.

At check-in, we were told that, according to hotel policy, housekeeping service would only be provided after the second night. However, on the third day, we returned to our room at around 3:30 PM to get some rest, and the room still hadn't been cleaned. When housekeeping finally showed up at 4:00 PM, we asked them not to come in at that moment and to return later.

Their response? No. They simply told us that if we didn't let them clean the room right then, we would lose our housekeeping service altogether.

Absolutely unbelievable.

Honestly, the whole experience was a nightmare. Do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else if you're looking for a comfortable place to relax and get some rest.

I deeply regret choosing this hotel. Never again.

地理位置特别特别好，周围地铁餐馆商店都很多，很多景点走着就能去，房间整洁，卫浴好用，淋浴水不会轻轻一碰就忽冷忽热，前台人员都非常友善，在伦敦这种地方性价比很高，唯一一点就是两人住的话放行李有点挤，一个人住完美

Superb, well done Z Team at the Stand!
Pros:

The staff were amazing, all very welcoming and supportive. The all inclusive package was amazing, so much value, all the food and drinks were fantastic, especially the cocktails.

Pros:

Fuimos por trabajo con mi hermana, la estadia fue excelente. Valoramos en primer lugar la amabilidad y disposicion del personal. Todos fueron excelentes, solucionaron nuestras inquietudes, han tenido en cuenta cada cosa que hemos pedido. La limpieza es excelente. La comida riquisima, las bebidas tambien. La ubicacion del hotel es genial, super centrico, cerca de todos los lugares de interes y locomocion. Volveremos!

Great location and lovely staff, but rooms are on the compact side

Excellent location and modern rooms.
The staff were lovely, and the modern rooms were very comfortable—especially the air conditioning, which was a welcome feature. While the rooms are on the compact side, they are well-designed. We didn't try the breakfast, but the pizza was great, and the drinks were very reasonably priced compared to local spots outside the hotel

The bed was pushed tightly against the wall on one side with almost no clearance at the foot, forcing one person to climb over their partner just to get out at night. Additionally, the glass toilet and shower cubicle provides very little privacy, as it is quite see-through and lacks any real soundproofing. Storage is also inadequate; there were only a few hangers and zero shelving, despite there being enough unutilised wall space to install some
