Will certainly book again for a London stay.
Pros:

The location of the hotel cannot be faulted, being minutes away from the theatres. A request ahead of the visit for extra pillows in the room was met. The staff are helpful, polite and professional. The room may be small but perfect for an overnight stay - and spotlessly clean.

Nothing to dislike at all

Great location, clean rooms and friendly staff
Pros:

Lovely clean room, friendly staff. They allowed us to drop off our bags early before check in as we were going to a theatre show, and even took our bags up to our room for us for when we checked in later on.
Great central location, perfect for a night. Very quiet and well insulated, had a great night's sleep and the bed was very comfortable.
Great selection of tea and even coffee bags with the in room kettle.
Small room but good value for money.

Cons:

Didn't really like the glass boxed in toilet and shower. Hadn't realised quite how see-through and the lack of privacy it had. But it was fine for one night when travelling with a friend for a theatre show, it was a lovely hotel in a great location for one night.

Great location, tiny rooms.
Pros:

Location was great. Staff was also incredibly friendly. Comfy bed.

Cons:

The rooms were very small, which was expected. Not having any windows can make the room feel a bit claustrophobic, but if you're only staying for a short time or just using the room to sleep, it's definitely worth it.

Great location but somethings could do with changing to help keep somethings to the imagination.
Pros:

Great location with amazing access to theatres and close to loads of restaurants

Cons:

The bathroom facilities didn’t offer you much privacy. A frosted glass door meant whoever you were sharing could pretty much see everything as you went about your business. We’ve been married 10 years but there are some things I don’t need to see, I would have been mortified if we’d not long been together and booked a romantic get away.

Pros:

El personal muy amable, siempre receptivos y respetuosos.
La ubicación es excelente.
La limpieza de las habitaciones es cada 2 días y siempre dejan agua de grifo en botellas.

Cons:

La habitación era bastante pequeña, la cama está pegada hacia una de las paredes solo accediendo si se pasa por encima de la cama. Recomendamos con mucho énfasis no elegir la habitación sin ventanas, es literalmente una caja de zapatos.
El baño es todo de vidrio, las dos puertas (de acceso al lavabo y de acceso a la ducha) no cierran bien dejando filtrar el agua y se transparentaba todo. Sin embargo, el personal nos cambió las toallas todos los días ya que las usábamos para limpiar el agua que filtraba hacia la habitación.
