Small room, but for one person it works perfectly. Very clean, well stocked room. Great location.
Pros:

Convenient location, lovely welcome. Clean well stocked room.

Cons:

I upgraded for window, but it was an opaque fixed piece of glass that you could not see through or open.

Good value - compact, clean and comfortable!
Pros:

Location is great - short walk to Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square, loads of great restaurants, bars and places to eat. Room compact but comfy and all needed if you going to be out all day and just need somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep.

Very pleasant. Z hotels definitely my hotels of choice when staying in London.
Pros:

First impressions count and the very pleasant, smiley welcome by the staff made a big difference, having arrived hot, tired and sweaty after a long day of travel. One member of the reception team (Florian) even remembered me from a previous stay. Very flattering! It made it seem very personal.

Cons:

I usually book via the Z Hotel website, and am in fact a member. But I found it almost impossible this time to avoid Booking.Com, so missing out on the members' deal. I thought I had booked direct, but Booking.com managed to infiltrate my reservation process!
