Pros:

L’emplacement est top. Seul point positif

Cons:

Ne vous fiez pas aux photos.
Problème de propreté dans notre chambre
Pas d’équipements
Nous avons dû attendre le premier jour pour avoir notre chambre puisque le ménage n’était pas fait
Nous avons demandé CHAQUE jour des serviettes de bain.
Le ménage n’est pas fait chaque jour
Le dernier jour nous n’avons plus eu d’eau chaude
Les équipements laissent à désirer pour le prix qu’on paye.
Nous avions l’impression de déranger le personnel à chaque fois c’est pas du tout correct
Le petit dej certes bon mais trop d’attente pour rien
Idem, nous avons dû demander un sèche cheveux, fer à repasser alors que dans la réservation de la chambre il était bien stipulé ces équipements la
Bref, je recommande pas trop ce riad, vous pouvez avoir mieux ailleurs.

Terraza top
Pros:

En el centro se la Medina, las instalaciones muy bonitas, cómodas y sin perder la esencia de Marruecos. Tiene terraza que se puede contemplar el amanecer. Te recomiendo llevarte la cena, le faltaría que estuviese iluminada, pero sitio muy acogedor. Los dueños son muy serviciales y atentos y también muy agradable.

Lovely, "homey" place, hidden away but right in the medina
Pros:

The moment I put my foot on the riad, it felt like I was home. I was warmly welcomed, taken care of immediately and they showed me the room (despite arriving early), gave me all toiletries and towels, and a fan. The room is spacious, has an interior window to the patio, where it can get a bit noisy as the conversations are easily heard, but it didn't bother me. There are two bathrooms that can be used. If you're very tall, be aware as the ceiling is low, but they are neat and clean.

The terrace is superb, big and it's a joy to work or to just chill. Wifi signal is not very strong, but if you're not in a rush, it's enough.

Breakfast is nice, with omelette, jams, bread and some tea.

I truly enjoyed the hospitality.

Cons:

I really liked the place. A bit "privacy free" as it's easy to hear conversations (does not bother me!) and I personall missed having desk as I work remotely, but I did it in the terrace instead.

Poor AL BORJ
Pros:

Nothing i left after one night

Advised on arrival that no room available.
0n showing the room I indicated that it was totally inadequate to what I  booked
On the top floor it would have been 30⁰ inside this morning
Small fan on arrival:-)  DID NOTHING
Google Maps site location was incorrect. 
On arrival three floors up room  not shown as per brochure
Ventilation overnight totally inadequate room stayed at over 30⁰ degrees and I only slept 2hr 46m.
Sleep score on Garmin was 8 - the worst sleep I've had in 10 years
Decided to leave next morning
Only windows was 300x300mm green glass - when open anyone could look on bed
Riad promised to change the room the next day but  no guarantee of any better
Neither Wfi or data worked adequately
No toilet paper in shared bathroom
Shower broken off hook in shared bath room
Door lock on shared bathroom did not work
No private bathroom as paid for
No hot water in the morning
Shared bathroom flooded when using shower
Sign Don't put used toilet paper in toilet - put in bin (not problem as no toilet papet)
Sign keep toilet tidy
Breakfast half an hour late and cold

Niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Ruimte ( geen raam, te klein) - gereserveerd kamer met 3 bedden , kreeg 1 tweepersoonsbed- voor mijn zoon is er voor een matrasje gezorgd-badkamerdeur te laag, geen handdoeken tot je het vraagt , geen airco ( wat ik al wist), wel een ventilator, slapeloze nacht
