Très mauvaise expérience. Il me restait 200 DH à récupérer, mais on ne me les a jamais rendus. J’ai eu le sentiment d’avoir été trompée et très mal traitée. Ce genre de comportement est totalement inacceptable envers un client. Le service et le professionnalisme étaient vraiment au plus bas niveau. Une expérience très décevante, que je ne recommande absolument pas.

Also the location is also perfect very close to the Medina which made it easy for me to walk around explore the beautiful streets and visit the most popular places in tetouan

Cons:

Non c'è possibilità di cucinare e neanche un boiler per scaldare l'acqua per una tazza di caffè. L'acqua del lavabo esce sempre calda bollente! Non ho trovato la carta igienica! Durante la colazione, le mosche disturbano. Entrano anche in camera, se si lasciano le finestre aperte. La prima sera, i gestori del Riad parlavano a voce alta seduti vicino alla mia camera per più di 'ora. Hanno smesso solo quando mi sono lamentato.
E per ultimo, il prezzo è troppo alto. Qualità/prezzo è pessima!
