Great place and very central for stop over and visit to Alloway
Pros:

Very comfortable as highly decorated room, very clean and high standards

Cons:

Not so keen on the cooked breakfast options. But continental very good

Great choice for a few nights in Prestwick
Pros:

Breakfast was very good with a good selection and everything was very well laid out.
Room was very comfortable and just what you need for a few nights. Felt very safe and secure.
Staff were lovely and so helpful.
We ate at the restaurant and it was lovely too

Cons:

Smoke detector was right outside the bathroom door so was set off by the steam despite the fan on and a warning sign.
Parking was ok but you had to look around and on street was limited times however the location makes this understandable

Pleasant stay
Pros:

This was a lovely hotel and I was really impressed overall. The room was very modern, clean and comfortable, and the bathroom in particular was lovely and felt very fresh and up to date.
I also received great communication from the staff ahead of my arrival, which made the whole check-in process feel very straightforward.
The hotel generally appeared to be very clean and well looked after. The only small downside was that the hallway and staircase could perhaps do with a bit of a freshen-up, as these areas didn’t quite match the modern feel of the rooms.

Cons:

The hotel is located above an Indian restaurant and, as I’m not a fan of Indian cuisine, I found the smell of food coming into the room quite off-putting at times.
The breakfast options were also quite limited, so I chose not to have breakfast at the hotel.
The biggest issue for me was the parking. There is no hotel car park and, other than trying to find on-street parking nearby, there didn’t seem to be anywhere else to park.
I just wish both of these points had been made clearer on the website beforehand, as it would have been useful to know when planning our stay.

Pros:

Very comfortably and central location . Facilities high standard . Staff super helpful and friendly

Cons:

Could do with double glazed windows . We were in room 2 and even though I slept with earplugs got woken up a few times with the noise of the busy traffic in the early hrs of the morning

Little gem right in the heart of Prestwick
Pros:

The staff were polite, courteous and very helpful and the location is perfect

Cons:

Probably the mix of Indian and Scottish food personally not my taste

Pros:

Location was perfect,just walked out door and everything we needed was close by. Room was clean and comfortable, good size bed shower good,no complaints. Lady who served at breakfast very pleasant and eager to please. Breakfast was abundant, very well cooked and presented. We certainly would return to this hotel.

Lovely stay in a very clean and comfortable hotel with lovely facilities and central to all going on in Prestwick 😊
Pros:

Loved the locality central for Prestwick
The owner remembered me from my last visit
Very clean hotel and the beds are so comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying here. Entry to your room is very easy 😊

Cons:

The egg on the breakfast was wrong from my order I got a poached egg instead of a fried egg and it was very undercooked apart from that the breakfast was lovely and the staff very attentive 😊
