It's a hostile not a hotel... with very poor customer service
Cons:

The room didn't match what I read on booking. I talked to the front desk who had to call the manager. I wanted to move to a different hotel. When I spoke with the manager she was very condescending and kept telling me I didn't read the description correctly, but that she would let me out of the rest of my reservations. So I would stay one night and they would release me without charging me for the remainder of the reservation. Of course, she was very condescending and blaming me (ok, I misread, you don't need to say it 4 times). Then I received an email restating all of this yet again and telling me that they would not charge me for the rest of the reservation. I went to the front desk when checking out to talk to the person to verify they wouldn't be charging me for the remainder. No one was there. There was a note telling me know one was at the front desk, if I needed help to call the number. I called the number and no one answered. However, I was charged for the full reservation and I've emailed the property 3 different times since I found out they charged me and I've received absolutely no response.

Great value and a great, walkable location.
Pros:

Outstanding location. Easy to get in and out of the parking garage going in either direction. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. I could’ve paid two or three times as much in the same area, but why would I?

Cons:

The room was not well lighted at night. Great window light during the day, but it would have been difficult to read in the evening. Not impossible, but not optimal.

The location was close to Washington University and it had gated parking … everything about the hotel is self service …

Cons:

The new trend in Hotels is there’s no workers you do things online … if something goes wrong you call and maybe you get a person and then you texted codes to get in and out of the hotel and in and out of parking I never saw a front desk staff. It wasn’t for the cleaning lady I wouldn’t have seen anybody that worked at the hotel. Some people may like that.
