Pros:

Absolut empfehlenswert. Große, helle, saubere und moderne Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank. Auch im Bad ist viel Platz. Der Balkon auf der Rückseite des Hauses bot Schatten, einen schönen Blick und Ruhe vor dem Straßenlärm. Auf dem Grundstück stehen 2 Parkplätze für PKW bereit, ein oder zwei Motorräder würden daneben sicher auch noch Platz finden. Die Strandpromenade, Restaurants, Supermärkte und Geldautomaten erreicht man fußläufig in weniger als 10 Minuten. Die Gastgeber sind äußerst herzlich. Ich bekam sogar Geschenke aus eigener Produktion und vom Hausherren mit breitem Grinsen eine spontane Wagenwäsche, weil er gerade mit dem Schlauch die Pflanzen wässerte.

Von der Unterkunft können Sie auch einen Tagesausflug zum Weltkulturerbe Butrint unternehmen. Die Fahrt dauert ca. 1 1/2 Stunden und ist entlang der bergigen Küste landschaftlich äußerst reizvoll. Sie sollten allerdings früh zeitig starten, um problemlos parken zu können und den Besuchermassen sowie der Hitze zu entgehen. Entgegen der Angaben bei Google öffnet Butrint erst um 8h30 die Tore.

Great, clean apartment just 10 mins walk to the beach.
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and clean and the shower pressure was great. There was also a drying rack on the balcony which was helpful.

Lula, the host, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She called the bus company for me to confirm bus times and made me coffee on my final day there.

Lovely spot to stay in Himara. Great and renovated rooms, quiet and cozy spot. It's a few minutes walk from city center. Had all what we need.
