Be very careful if you decide to stay here.

I booked a specific room with a large bed, a workspace, and a balcony because I was traveling to Yerevan for work. When I arrived, I was told that my room had already been given to someone else. The manager, Alexander, promised that I would stay in a standard room for only two nights and then be moved to a suite. Based on that promise, I agreed to stay and paid the full amount for my original booking.

That promise was never kept.

Instead of two nights, I spent four out of my six nights in the standard room. Every day Alexander told me that I would be moved “in an hour” or “soon.” I kept coming back to reception throughout the day, only to receive another excuse. On Monday, he left the hotel without resolving the issue or informing the staff what to do. They simply told me that only Alexander could make that decision, so I had to wait until the next day.

On Tuesday, the same thing happened again. When I finally asked whether they actually intended to move me, Alexander smiled, said, “You have a saying in Russian: ‘Hope dies last,’” and laughed. That response alone tells you everything you need to know about how this hotel treats its guests.

On the fifth night, I was finally moved, but not to the suite I had been promised. Instead, I was given a completely different apartment that also did not match my booking.

The biggest issue wasn’t that a mistake happened. Hotels make mistakes. The real problem was that I was lied to for four consecutive days instead of being told the truth. Had Alexander been honest on the first day, I would have canceled my stay immediately and booked another hotel.

I paid around $820 for a room that I never received. If you’re considering this hotel, keep in mind that your reservation may not be honored, and if something goes wrong, you may spend days chasing empty promises instead of enjoying your trip.

Cancelaram minha reserva pouco antes cerca de 2h da minha chegada ao hotel com a justificativa de que o cartao de credito era invalido, algo que nunca me aconteceu na booking.com em anos de uso sendo que possuia uma reserva confirmada com cartao de credito e que funcionou em todas as demais reservas.Chegando nos ofereceram um quarto mais caro no momento da nossa chegada solicitando pagamento em dinheiro, um comportamento muito estranho que me soou como oportunista para oferecer o quarto reservado a outros viajantes por um preco mais alto e nos cobrar mais por outro quarto. Sdo hotel com a minha esposa em busca de outro quarto de hotel e nos deparamos com a cidade de yerevan lotada quase sem quartos disponíveis em quase nenhum hotel, terminamos apos percorrer cerca de 2h na cidade em quarto sujo e barulhento no unico hotel disponível por um preço razoável. Total descaso, evitem se nao quiser problemas como nos tivemos.

Unser Aufenthalt wurde am Morgen des Anreisetages gecancelt und das Zimmer sofort anderweitig vergeben. Wenn man 3 Monate lange davon ausgeht, eine Unterkunft zu haben und dann am Anreisetag plötzlich ohne da steht ist das extrem schlecht. Angeblich funktionierte keine unserer Kreditkarten (war noch nie ein Problem und auch später in Armenien nicht). Auf Bitte, dass Zimmer weiter frei zuhalten hiess es es sei bereits neu vergeben (2 Stunden nach Stornierung). Der Verdacht liegt nahe, dass uns storniert wurde, um das Zimmer anderweitig zu einem höherem Preis zu vergeben. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Мы просили тихий номер и 2 отдельные кровати. Дали номер с окнами на проезжую часть и односпальную кровать.

При бронировании выбирали номер с окнами во двор, а поселили в номер окнами на шумный перекресток. Шумоизоляция неплохая, окна открыть нельзя, но с кондиционером спали нормально; в душевой подтекала душевая лейка и сломался дозатор для мыла.
