Beautiful short stay that was very quiet and relaxing.
Pros:

Beautiful small boutique hotel, Antonella was wonderful and very helpful, she gave me all the information I need to return back to Arezzo by bus which was 10 steps away from the bus stop. And she was very cooperative when my plans changed and my dates had to change. I am very grateful and will definitely come back.

Cons:

Nothing to be honest, it's very nice and clean and typical.

Pros:

L'hotel era pulito e confortevole, colazione nella norma rispetto ad altre strutture che ho visitato (nn è abbondante ma c'è il giusto sia di dolce che di salato)

Cons:

In reception non c'è stato mai nessuno ma nn è stato un problema perché non ho avuto bisogno di nulla (mi è stato detto che avevano qualche persona in ferie quindi tutto giustificato)...
L'unica pecca è l'insonorizzazione delle camere, si sente veramente tutto sia delle cose che accadono nell'hotel che fuori per strada...

La voglia di trasferire al cliente la sensazione di casa. Non è un albergo stereotipato: gli arredi trasferiscono calore, ci si sente subito accolti.

Cons:

Piccoli dettagli : l assenza di grucce nell armadio, le zanzarie sporchissime, lo scovolino consumatissimo, il soffione della doccia irregolabile per consentire una doccia.

Struttura confortevole e staff fantastico! In particolar modo la Signora Silvana ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra, sempre sorridente e disponibile. Un grazie di cuore a lei e a tutto lo staff
