Pros:

Location is near with masjid Nabawi only 5 minute by walk.All staff is friendly specially front desk staff.wifi speed very good,near with mostly restaurant specially Indonesian restaurant.

Cons:

The hotel facilities are good, but you have to be careful when you want to park your car the the parking lot is not free

The location, Clean, Room facilities

Cons:

We were surprised to know , only upon checking out, that the parking spaces in the basement level were not complimentary. This information was not communicated to us at the time of during check-in by the receptionist when we ask for a park. In addition, the parking facility is shared with another hotel, and the hourly parking rates were not consistent, which caused confusion and a lack of transparency. We believe it would be beneficial for the hotel to clearly inform guests about the parking policy and applicable charges in advance to avoid any unexpected surprises.
