Pros:

The hotel was easy to find and very cozy. What truly made the stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. Max and Sorour went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, attentive and accommodating, and their genuine kindness made my stay even more enjoyable. I would happily stay here again.

Good value for money-4*hotel with 3*breakfast
Pros:

Polite staff, nice quiet position, good value for money

Cons:

This is actually 4* hotel with 3* breakfast. The rooms are small for this type of hotel and breakfast is solid but way bellow standards for this type of hotel

Friendly staff, okay room size, good location, worth the price
Pros:

The staff made the experience better as they were super friendly and helpful. The location was okay, the main city attractions were 15-20 minutes away from it. The breakfast was a basic spread, but with some good options. The lady working in the kitchen was very polite, and makes omelets for you in breakfast when requested. When there was a mix up with the rooms, the staff made no trouble and fixed it for us ASAP.

Cons:

The size of the rooms is a lot smaller than we had anticipated. The deluxe rooms were a bit more roomier than the standard rooms. It would be more convenient if there was a rack to put the luggages on so it won’t be taking up space on the floor. There is no official parking that belongs to the hotel, so the car space may not be guaranteed for you.
