Pros:

Hi, we stayed at your hotel for 5 days 4 nights. Unfortunately, all 3 of us were bitten very badly by what we believe are bed bugs. At first we thought they were mosquito bites because the weather in Taiwan is very hot recently, but the bites kept getting worse every day.

This has been a very unpleasant experience as we have been feeling itchy throughout the whole trip. The staff are friendly and the location is good, but this issue really affected and spoiled our stay.

We hope the hotel can seriously check and improve the room hygiene conditions to prevent this from happening to future guests.

思っていたよりずっとよかったです。
Pros:

メトロの駅に近く便利でした。清潔に保たれていて、快適でした。

Cons:

冷房が寒くて、設定温度を上げても勝手に下がってしまい、寒さを感じたまま過ごしました。フロントスタッフの接客は悪くはなかったですが、もう少し英語が堪能だとよかったです。
