Pros:

Very spacious, bright and comfortable rooms, very helpful and friendly staff and delicious salmon and prawn supper.

Cons:

One room had noisy plumbing. Eton mess had only 1 strawberry. But these are small quibbles, and didn't marr an excellent experience overall.

Pros:

Room was okay-ish, but the overall experience was extremely disappointing.
I came all the way from London for a local gig and was told I could have breakfast at 12pm. In the morning, however, a very unpleasant staff member told me there was no breakfast at that time. I ended up leaving on an empty stomach for a 4-hour drive back.
When I asked how to leave the property, she told me to use the back door because the front was locked. She didn’t bother to show me where it was or ask how my stay had been.
From 10am, there was loud noise coming from downstairs, like an industrial fan. Then at 11am, even more noise started — so there were two loud noises going at the same time. It eventually sounded like heavy machinery or a massive washing machine.
Honestly, it was a complete nightmare.

Really lovely place to stay.
Pros:

Really impressed by the Dial Inn. Lovely large room, spotlessly clean and very comfy bed. Excellent food and beer and probably the best breakfast I've ever had. Staff were really friendly and very helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Ten out of ten, couldn't fault the place.

Cons:

Wouldn't change a thing.

A very comfortable hotel which I enjoyed, but it was marred by the noisy evening I experienced.
Pros:

I had a very simple breakfast of Muesli and Tea ... which was fine. I thought the staff were extremely kind and considerate.

Cons:

I was trying to get an early night's sleep ... but it was interrupted until quite late in the evening with workmen chatting to one another and noises of property renovation or improvement. The noise levels were quite unacceptable.
