Apart from that, the hospitality was superb.
Pros:

We didn't have breakfast facilities

Cons:

Room 104 was small and visitors complained that when sitting infront of the desk having breakfast, if the other person wanted to past, the person had to stood up.

The location was perfect because it was near many stores, restaurants and the south beach
The rooms are as shown on the website, there’s Wi-Fi

Cons:

Noise, I can hear my neighbours partying insides their rooms, the walls are thin
The basin tap didn’t have hot water

Pros:

We stayed at Bayside Hotel Monty Naicker street for few days and had a really good experience.the location was very good to explore Durban .and the rooms were clean and comfortable

Special thanks to Mathona and all other receptionist , they were very helpful and made our stay very easy . security and house keepers were also good 😊

Cons:

We couldn't checkin in the morning but I guess we were suppose to do it online and atleast we were able to leave our luggage on their store room for few hours.

The location was perfect for exploring durban.rooms were clean and comfortable 🥰😊

Special thanks to Mathona🥰 at the reception she was so helpful and friendly ,she made our check in super smooth.

All the stuff was so good to us from the securities, house keepers and all receptionist ☺️

We couldn't checkin in the morning but I guess we were suppose to arrange that online

Cons:

The view and surrounding is terrible. It is smelly and you could smell someone smoking, the smoke came up to the floor we slept at and couldn't even open the windows for fresh air. Things can't go on like this, surely.
