We'd stay here again when visiting Rome. It was convenient, welcoming, clean and felt safe.
Pros:

The location was excellent and felt safe. We could walk to all the historical sites and great restaurants. LOVED the luggage storage lockers on site with no extra charges. Staff was there most of the time and very helpful. The app worked great and I loved the digital entry option. They also had welcome beverages in the room fridge that were complimentary. It was a short walk to a well-stocked grocery store and a taxi stand.

Cons:

The shower floor was super slippery. The bathroom mirror was mounted so high that my 5'1" self could not see anything besides the top of my head. There was no window covering on the bathroom window, so we used a hand towel for privacy when showering.

Pros:

Excellent location, perfect room to return to AC and head back out to an amazing selection of restaurants for dinner in Trastevere. The room was clean, everything extra you could need could be obtained from reception. The security code to get in made it feel secure and despite being surrounded by night life, I did not hear anything from the room.
