Pros:

Everything. Location was class right in the heart of Trastevere. Loved all the little touches, place was easy going and balcony area was excellent. Staff were brilliant and very helpful. Would definitely recommend 👍

Clean and convenient but the uniquely digital service and operation can be frustrating and even alarming to the digitall

Clean, and great location. Everything’s new and works well.

Cons:

I didn’t like the feeling that costs had been cut to a minimum at the expense of the guests’ comfort and convenience. There was no way of knowing whether this had been reflected in a lower room rate than it otherwise might have been.
We only saw two staff who were both very friendly and were on reception at different times.
There was nowhere to put anything in the bedroom. It needed a simple table and chair.
Everything from check-in to front door and bedroom entrance is operated by your mobile phone. I felt frankly unsafe at night, knowing there was no one to contact with an emergency other than via WhatsApp.
The chatbot tries to answer simple questions. Its offer to arrange a human contact within 5-10 minutes was missed by a wide margin, twice in over 45 minutes and once by a bit less. This is all daunting for any guest who is not a digital native.
However, now I know what to expect and how it works, we will probably stay there again as it’s very clean and convenient.

Da localização, muito perfeita!

Cons:

Café da manhã não é lá, tem que ir andando por uns 500m… só tem duas opções, 1 copo de suco ou água e um café. Um ovo c bacon e pão ou sanduíche croque madame. Não tem limpeza diária, e o box ficava vazando, a cada banho tinha que trocar toalha de piso.

Facil y sencillo. Muy buena ubicacion
Pros:

Checkin y checkout super rapidos y sencillos. Muy buena comunicacion. Todo muy limpio y organizado. Facil y sencillo. Lo unico es que a veces se escucha mucho ruido porque comparten entrada con el restaurante de abajo aparentemente pero lo recomendaria de todas formas. Y la ubicacion es excelente.

Lokasyon cok iyiydi, teras da konforluydu. 3 kisi icin ideal bir konaklamaydi.

Cons:

Ilk gittigimizde sifre calismadi, oda kapisini acmak konusunda biraz ugrastik. Daha sonra telefonla ulastik ve cozumledik.

Easy, modern, clean and affordable.
Pros:

We had a great stay there as a couple and our friend booked next room from us. The hotel is accesable and in the centre of trastevere which has loads of bars and restaurants to choose from. You are also a short walk from the bridge that takes you to central Rome. The hotel itself is clean, easy access with online check-in (although you are still greeted by receptionist which helps you with the check in). Overall good for an easy stay if you are not planning to be in the room all day as its not the largest of spaces. And the allow Dogs!! :)

Cons:

The online check in process is simple but then you have to do the manual check in with the reception, but online, so doesnt make sense to do the work twice. Uploading documents to the app etc when the staff can just do it for you. They charge 15 EURO cleaning fee per night for the dog as they provide a matt and a water bowl but we stayed for 2 nights and they didn't clean the bowl or mat once - not sure what the charge is for really.
