Very satisfying
Pros:

We had a reasonable good breakfast as they mentioned.
Very clean and spacious room with a balcony.
A panaromic view with the port, the boats and activities there.
The staff was amazing. They were there to welcome us even at the late night arrival.
I coordinated with them about the delay (10 hr journey from Sapa)...through Wapp.
A convienient and beautiful place.
Grab taxis are freely available in this Tuan chau Island.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel à Hạ Long. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil, la gentillesse du personnel et leur disponibilité.
de mes déplacements, notamment pour le transfert et la croisière. L’hôtel est agréable, propre et bien situé.

Cons:

grand merci pour leur attention et leur aide tout au long de mon séjour. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésiter.

Billigt og god kommunikation med hotellet
Pros:

Laura var super sød og meget hjælpsom. Arrangerede bl.a. transport fra Hanoi til hotellet.

Cons:

Et par (meget) larmende gæster ved morgenmaden. Men det er næppe hotellets skyld

Overnight stay before your cruise, it’s worth it.
Pros:

We did one night here before getting on a cruise. Good location with views of the harbour. Room was big and clean and staff were very helpful.

Great, the staff made it better
Pros:

The staff was really nice, they offered us some food, they offered us bicycles for FREE, even the tandem ones. They offered to order a taxi and to organize tours. The daughter of the owner speaks great English so there was no problem communicating. The room was clean, quite, well-lit, and the bathroom was great and equipped.

Cons:

No downsides except that it's at an inconvenient location, there are no restaurants or stores nearby, it's also far away from the Ha Long boat boarding area.
