You get what you pay for. This is cheap, basic, good beds, wifi OK, poor food. Unimpressive.
Pros:

Breakfast was poor. Limited choice and lack of understanding - you order via whattsapp and the cook can't speak. This is basically a home stay.

Cons:

Communal areas are dirty and not maintained. breakfast is basic and low quality. The towels provided had stains. It's a cheap option - good backpacker-level.

2.5 קומות לעלות במדרגות לא איכותיות זה קשה ומסוכן
ארוחת בוקר מינימלית וצריך להזמין יום מראש.
אם אתה רוצה בבוקר משהו אחר לא נותנים למרות שזה אותו דבר כמו חביתה או מקושקשת מיץ תפוזים או אננס.

La posizione è super vicina alla città vecchia, tra i 5/10 minuti a piedi.
Mi hanno accolto anche se il giorno del check in sono arrivata a mezzanotte e mezza e quando ho chiesto se era possibile avere la colazione prima dell’orario visto che dovevo fare un tour, me l hanno preparata subito :)

Cons:

C’erano molto parti che non erano pulite, la pulizia è sicuramente fatta ma molto velocemente

L'albergo si trova in posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Hoi An ma allo stesso tempo è situato in una zona tranquilla, lontana dalla confusione. La colazione è ottima, con molta frutta fresca e una mattina che siamo partiti presto per un'escursione, ci è stata consegnata la breackfast bag. La camera è spaziosa e con balcone, i letti comodi. Nel complesso è stata un'ottima esperienza.

We stayed at Grace River Villa for one night, the place is beautifully designed and decorated and the staff were so helpful, kind and joyful!
Excellent value for money.
The place is located 5-10’ taxi drive from the old town, in a quiet neighbourhood.

Cons:

Our room description in booking.com said we had a private pool. There was NO private pool. And the common pool for the hotel complex was unable to be used for our entire stay. They kept saying it needed to be cleaned. Very disappointing as this was the reason we had booked here

Loved the staff especially Thao on reception who made me feel very welcome!
Beautiful rooms too! Loved the decor inside and the quiet street outside. Very close to the bridge and old town. Perfect! 😃
