Не работал WIFI. При чекине сказали что в вашу бронь входит комната на -1 этаже а там даже окна не было, была только маленькая форточка. Хотя 2 предыдущих раза за ту же резервацию с букинга я оставался на 2ом этаже. Взяли дополнительную оплату за то чтобы дать комнату на 2ом этаже, также сказали что пос терминал не работает и хотели оплату наличными и мне пришлось перевести деньги, хотя той же ночью я для проверки взял напитки и оплатил их через пос терминал но тогда был другой дружелюбный сотрудник. Спасибо ему

Temizlik çok kötü, kapılar, camlar kötü. Eşyalar eski. Dışarıdan bütün ses odaya giriyordu. Havlu koyup camları kapattık ki biraz daha az ses gelsin. Klima bozuk. Banyo iğrenç! En kötüsü de sabah yatakta hamam böceği ile yataktan kalktık! Hayatımda ilk defa bukadar kötü hotelde kaldım!
Otelin konumu çok merkezi
Odada buzdolabı çalışmıyordu. Otopark olduğu yazıyor ama otopark yok.

صوت سير السيارات على الشارع العام لذلك تضطر الى غلق الشباك حتى لا تسمع الاصوات

The staff do adjustment on my booking change the arrival dates.Once im arrive Istanbul they said hotel fully booked.What a meas.I have to do and find another hotel.Please avoid
Cheating
It's a pretty small but comfortable suite hotel, which is very close to public transportation, close to the shopping center as well, but far from the historical sightseeing. The room was good, the bed was very comfortable. They did upgrade my room for the deluxe room which I appreciated a lot. I have booked without breakfast, but it's possible to have breakfast there and you can order delicious traditional Börek with different types in. Exceptional staff, especially thank you to Levent and Açelya.
Nothing to say about. Just one note, that the hotel is situated on a highway which is quite noisy therefore I would recommend having earplugs for any case. I always have it when I visit Istanbul 🤗
