Overall, it is worth of money for solo traveller travel by public transport.
Pros:

The location is convenience as near to train station and the railway coffee. Clean environment and washing machine is available. Hair dryer is provided in front of bathroom. Fridge is also available.

Cons:

The plug in the room is not near the table and partially blocked by the bed, causing bit trouble to charge the devices. The dish washing place slightly dirty. There is no hanger in the bathroom, so a bit hassle to hang the clothes.

Overall good.
Pros:

The location of the stay is good. The place is clean and quiet.

Cons:

The toom I am staying in has no window or air ventilation. Although there is air conditioning, the room should still have a small air vent to keep the air fresh and no so cool. Also, the blanket is a bit dusty, which make me believe the room has been empty for a while.

it's okay. since it's a short stay with the price as I paid, I couldn't expect more than what i got.

Insonorisation catastrophique, jamais vu ça
Pros:

- la cuisine commune est plutôt bien équipée et il y a un réfrigérateur.
- bien situé par rapport à la gare de bus / commerces / restaurants
- lits confortables

Cons:

- insonorisation catastrophique : nos voisins ont regardé des vidéos jusqu'à 2h du matin, d'abord le son à fond puis moins fort lorsque nous avons tapé plusieurs fois sur le mur. Même mois fort, on entendait tout comme si on etait dans la même chambre. Ils ont parlé et ronflé extrêmement fort toute la nuit, nous n'avons pas pu dormir. Ce ne sont pas des chambres mais des dortoirs déguisés. Les murs sont tellement fins que nous entendons tout ce qu'il se passe dans les "chambres" voisines, et c'est vraiment pas correct
- les salles de bain étaient plutôt sales

Good location but other areas can be improve
Pros:

Location is goodnear train station and food courts

Cons:

Bed and pillow not comfy and room above many restaurants, sometimes the burglar alarm triggered in the middle of the night and wake up everybody
